I was more than thrilled with my experience at this facility. Each person I encountered during this visit was gracious and super helpful in their guidance. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Rains recently. He had excellent bedside manner and tackled each and every concern I had with a detailed explanation of the cause and the available solutions to achieve the best results. I purchased the products he recommended for my skin and it’s only been 4 days and I can already see a difference. I was so impressed with my visit that I’ve already referred a close friend and my husband has scheduled his appointment with Dr. Rains to help him with his long term skin issues.

Westlake Dermatology and Dr. Rhodes in specific consistently demonstrate respect and compassion for their patients. They listen to you describe various skin issues and explain the procedure they want to do and explain why in words I can understand. The staff front the front office to the nurse assistants do everything they can to get you in on time and check you out quickly. I feel they appreciate me as a patient. I recommend Dr. Rhodes to any of my friends looking for a dermatologist.

I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr Lisa Rhodes. She has been my doctor for a number of years and has always provided excellent care. She listens carefully to my issues, and thoughtfully develops treatment solutions and goals, including me in the process. She clearly communicates care instructions, and provides professional, personalized ongoing care and follow up. The results have been amazing. I highly recommend Dr Rhodes.

I am really shocked at the positive reviews here after my negative experience. I am not going to name the doctor out of respect, I guess, but it was a woman and such a terrible experience. She has been named in 2 or 3 other reviews here as well. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional bed side manner in a doctors office. I could seriously write a 10 paragraph long review on all of the bad things that happened. I chose this place because of the good reviews, which shows no matter how good reviews are, you still won't know what kind of experience you'll have. :(
