If I could give zero stars I would! I came to Dr. Ubinas last year for my first ever breast augmentation after discussing with him several times the results I expected to achieve, I was completely disappointed with his work. It all started the night after my surgery when I had to be rushed back to the hospital for internal bleeding and he told me not to go to the emergency room but instead to come to his office where he then proceeded to tear out my stitches on one of my incisions and squeeze my breast so hard to make all of the blood to come out then stitch me back up. All of this with no anesthesia. I am just grateful that I was still out of it due to the anesthesia from the surgery only a few hours before. A few weeks passed and I came in for my check up, I told him at that point that my right breast seemed much larger, lower, and went into my armpit when I laid down. He then proceeded to tell me to buy a padded bra and wear it for six weeks. I did that and came back in for a check up when the problem was still not fixed. He then tells me to wear a regular bra but place and insert under my right breast to "prop it up". I did this, it did not help. I went back again and then he tells me that I need to lose weight because since gaining 10 pounds post surgery that is what made my right breast bigger and lower and slide. At this point I started to realize that this guy was a hack! I asked him to do a revision, he said that he would not which was probably a blessing since he couldn't do it right the first time. For the last year I have been unable to sleep without a bra on, which is extremely uncomfortable. I cannot do anything with my right arm and have it not be uncomfortable for my breast. I do not like the way they look in clothes, and it has affected my confidence and intimacy with my boyfriend. I had asked him to give my money back in order to pay a surgeon of my choice to do a revision and he refuses to help me at all with the situation. I have a hired a lawyer and will be pursuing this to the fullest extent. I feel ugly and angry and like I wasted $8000 and I am being forced to pay another $8000 to fix what he messed up. Save your self the heart ache and do not go to him!!!!

He's amazing at what he does, reconstructive Surgery etc. Very meticulous in his work. And he has a big heart! Long waits in the office but worth it!

Dr. Ubinas did an AMAZING job on my baby! While not exactly a baby, my toddler took a nasty fall, busting his eyebrow wide open - like i could stick my finger in it it was gaping open so wide. Some quick googling and a brief talk over the phone I knew he was the best choice to bring in my little boy. He was so gentle, and reassuring, he let me comfort my baby, and even nurse him while we were there. My son loved him, and was not intimidated at all (he HATES doctors and doctors offices, he's always been super healthy, so he associates doctors with needles, which means horrible pain). I was surprised he didn't go thrashing about screaming bloody murder when the needles to numb the area were pulled out, a few whimpers, and some gentle reassuring from Dr. Ubinas, and my little man was calm, with a slight flinch and an "ouch" at the first needle to go in (the one that numbed the area, so he could use the real numbing needle - like i said, big wide gaping deep nasty busted open eyebrow). Despite having had the accident at night - and going in the following morning there's basically no scar! A doctor friend said we could tough it out in the ER hoping for a half way decent botch job after 4 or more hours of waiting, or look up a good plastic surgeon (hello! it's a GIANT GAPING WOUND ON HIS FACE!) and try to get squeezed in the next AM - we went with the latter. Having had good training in trauma, I felt confident I could sit up all night, keep it clean and keep the wound as closed and covered as possible - so I did. LOVED our visit and follow up - hope to never have trauma again, but if we do, i know exactly where I'm going -> Dr. Ubinas!

I am so happy I chose Dr. Ubinas. I have great results and he will be my one and only plastic surgeon and he is very experienced. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon I highly recommend him. Thank You Dr. Ubinas!!!
