After being approve by my insurance for surgery, I am informed that there is not a facility in network for them to perform the surgery... Who the f does that to a patient you would think as a provider you would make sure you can do a surgery at an approved hospital. I feel this is a deception. I am terribly disappointed with this as the surgery I was approved for is hard to get approval for and now I have to start all over. "MOST" of the staff is friendly that I talked to except for Sandy. She was very curt from my first encounter with her. I kind of was made to feel belittled and that I had no idea what I was talking about. And I didn't even recieve a call from them about dropping my insurance but an email!!! 😮 😬

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012, Dr.Knox recommended Dr. Morales to me for my mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. I had a couple of health issues to pop up along the way and have needed a couple of more surgeries and Dr. Morales has always been there, as well as his staff. They are friendly, prompt and never make you feel stupid for calling no matter what arises during recovery. I cannot brag on this man enough, I only wish all my doctor office visit were this pleasant. I always look forward to Dr. Morales check ups.

From the moment he walked into the consultation to when he was drawing his map on my chest for a reduction he was respectful and knew exactly what I was thinking and what I wanted. The results are great as of now and it's only been 6 days!!

This is one of few doctors/surgeons who keep pretty close to their appointment schedule. Our wait times have been minimal. Dr. David Morales is a straight-shooter, regimented and very much business-like without being cold. It is obvious that his mental processor is always running when you visit with him. His opinions and mannerisms are extremely professional. A Harvard Medical School graduate, we would certainly recommend him to others.
