Beware with this doctor. He will give you exactly what you ask for no questions asked but when the surgery date arrives know that he squeezes in as many surgeries possible, one right after the other. Think of this way, it's a conveyor belt of surgery patients. He hops from one surgery to next. So he tries to make the surgery time as short as possible. Yes, it's a cut and dry surgery. No tightening of loose ends. Shortest time possible for a surgery. When I woke up from surgery there was a black male nurse dressing me. I was drowsy but could hear his conversation with another male attendant. The black male nurse was talking about porn stars which I found inappropriate. I mentioned this to him and the nurse walked in and told the male nurse, "don't worry, she won't remember anything." .....fact is I did remember everything. I regret going here. I did not know there were male nurses. During my prior visits all the nurses were female. It wasn't till I woke up and saw a male nurse that I was shocked. I asked him a few questions and he said he had been a nurse in the military. If you are uncomfortable with male nurses make sure and ask if there will be any during surgery. No surprises and have it written in your contract for the surgery. This doctor can be sneaky. I wouldn't be surprised if he had the male nurse walk in after you were sedated and then walk out before you woke up from surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Liland, he is the best. He did a breast aug. on me this past August. I healed very nicely and have had no complications, he did a beautiful job (minimal scarring), I have no regrets. His staff is wonderful and he knows what he is doing.

I highly recommend Dr. David Liland Plastic Surgery. Dr.liland is an artist, caring, professional, and very ethical. I have known Dr. Liland for many years now as he has done exceptional work. I am in public relations in medical field so this was a big decision for me in selecting the right doctor. He and his staff have an excellent reputation and I personally feel pride in knowing that he represents our Dallas/Highland Park community at a national and international level. I trusted him completely in the surgical decisions he made for my Pectoral implant surgery. My post operation soreness was little to none as I did not need much pain medication in process. Thank you Dr.Liland !!

Dr. Liland and his staff are top notch! Even after your visit/ procedure, they are always accommodating to their patients. Wish this world had many more people and physicians like David Liland.
