Dr. Payne and his staff are absolutely amazing! My daughter was born with a bilateral cleft lip/palate and Dr. Payne was assigned to her as her surgeon. I had been doing alot of research while pregnant on craniofacial surgeons and I only wanted the best. I had not yet picked one since she was born a month premature. After meeting him and looking into everything he has done including mission trips to help children in countries where this type of procedure isn't provided, I knew we had been assigned just the right doctor for our daughter. He was so kind and gentle with her and you can really tell that he has a passion for what he does. Her first surgery to repair her lip looks absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how happy I am with him and his staff.

The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Sonia was fantastic at making me feel comfortable and aware of my ear lobe repair procedure. Dr. Payne communicated with me during the entire process and was sensitive to any discomfort that I had. It was not painful and I'm so excited to heal and wear hanging earrings again.

Dr. Payne and his staff are very thorough, friendly, and very accommodating. He made the experience of having surgery on a 9 month old boy easy. I'll recommend him forever. You can't even tell our son ever had a sixth toe on one foot. Thank you Dr. Payne and staff! From The Sparks Family

Dr. Payne and his staff are wonderful! We were recommended to Dr. Payne after our daughter's dermatologist suggested we have a pyogenic granuloma removed from her cheek. Being that she is only three, we were concerned about surgery and the potential of scaring. Dr. Payne calmed us from the beginning and did a fantastic job with the procedure. We are only one week out and I am already pleased with the results. His nurses and back office staff are so sweet and easy to work with too. I fully trust Dr. Payne and would highly recommend him!

I broke my cheekbone in a baseball accident and Dr. Payne was one of the few dr I could find that was skilled to fix it. His staff helped my wife understand what was covered by insurance and what was not. They were able to get me in quickly and repair the broken bones without any scars on the outside of my face. Beyond impressed with Dr. Payne and his team. To make it even better, I found some books in his lobby showing pictures from trips where he helped to repair facial deformities in underprivileged children. So cool to see someone use their gifts and talents to serve others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Chad.
