I'm a breast cancer survivor and that's Hijjawi's expertise. I had surgery to remove the cancer and my skin was radiated before he was able to do the breast reconstruction. Those are not ideal conditions for a good boob job, but they look decent anyway. He is a skilled surgeon, but his bedside manner is a little loud and pushy. They look nothing like real breasts, but I guess that's not possible. Honestly, he doesn't seem to like the look of natural breasts. He seems to think they look better full and round. He encouraged me to go bigger in lots of subtle ways. He showed me only pics of women who got bigger boobs. He said women who stay the same size usually regret it. I went 15% larger because right before we went into surgery, when I was all stressed out, he asked me, "How about 15% larger?" I agreed without actually knowing how big that is. I really regret it because they're much too big for my frame now. I'm more than just stacked now. My boobs are unnaturally large and it's obvious they're fake. I look like an aging barbie doll. I wear a minimizer every day now. There were some minor mistakes. Once with the spacers he filled one breast and let someone else do the other and they were uneven for a week, but that was an easy fix. They also filled them too fast so I felt engorged for a week and ended up with stretch marks. The nice thing about him is he's a problem solver. He took my uniquely scary situation and made it as safe as possible for me to have surgery. He had everyone ready and paying attention when I needed it. I've never had that level of care. And that's really saying something. He's actually my 8th surgeon. I know my way around a hospital. Liena, his PA and Cory, his nurse are patient with my foggy brain and they've been great to work with.

I've been waiting my entire young adult life to get my breasts reduced. I promised myself after we were done with kids that I was going to research and find the perfect doctor. All surgeons I met were smug and rude out of pocket plastic surgeons. When I met Dr. Hijawi after reading all of his positive reviews he met my expectations and beyond. His bedside manor was impeccable and he was so personable. He did everything I wanted with my reduction and I could t be happier. Great all around guy and educated doctor.

I recently underwent a 2 phase breast reconstruction for breast cancer. Dr. Hijjawi is one of the most detailed , attentive ,yet caring and kind doctors I have ever met. His humor kept me at ease and his perfection as a skilled surgeon brought me my self confidence back. Undergoing such a traumatic surgery I really did not expect to ever look the same again. Truth be told , I actually look better post surgery . Dr. Hijjawi is my miracle worker!!! Now as I am closing this chapter , I can say I will genuinely miss seeing him and his kind and caring office staff . I highly recommend him, he truly is the best of the best . Thank you Dr. Hijjawi , from the bottom of my heart !

Dr. Hijjawi is truly a gifted surgeon. I consulted with 7 different dr’s before I found him. I wanted my implants removed with capsules intact and a lift. Many of the other surgeons tried to talk me into replacing my implants with “new and improved” ones. They also told me it wasn’t necessary to remove my capsules. Dr Hijjawi was the only one compassionate enough and talented enough to perform my surgery perfectly. His staff is amazing , he has a fabulous bedside manner, and my scars are tiny. My best friend who is a nurse practitioner for an Ob/gyn office, said that my scars and breasts are so beautiful she is going to refer all her patients to Dr H from now on. Thank you Dr H for everything!

I'm a breast cancer survivor. I went in asking for small breast- C cup. I came out with huge breast F-cup. Not at all happy. When I asked what had happened, I was treated rudely, given excuses, and told they looked fine on my frame.
