Dr Chance is simply stated, the best. I have gotten botox and filler for years in another office in Charlottesville. When my doctor had quickly left the practice (under strange circumstances), my friend suggested I see Dr Elizabeth Chance. First, her office is beautiful and staff courteous and knowledgeable. She is so engaging - her techniques are current and as both a plastic surgeon and frankly an artist, I felt like I was in excellent hands. Best botox I've had in 20 years (and a lower amount that I had previously been using). Her cheek and jawline filler she performed took 5-10 years off of my face. She was the first to really delve in and talk to me about skincare. She CARES. Really cares. And you can tell it immediately. I give her my highest recommendation.

Dr. Elizabeth Chance is a phenomenal doctor. The results from my Ultherapy treatment are everything I had hoped for! I have had Botox from three different providers in the Charlottesville area, Dr Chance is by far the best! I will trust her with all of my cosmetic needs in the future.

Dr. Elizabeth Chance is an incredible surgeon, as well as a warm and caring person. She has more knowledge about skin care than any doctor I have ever met. I recommend her to everyone I know in VA.
