Dr. Schnarr's and his team are awesome! I had lipo and they are the BEST! He explained everything that was going to happen and made it clear for me to follow along. He didn't candy-coat the procedure yet eased my mind while answering all my questions...and I had a lot. His nurses and assistants were also helpful, professional and friendly. I was pretty scared the day of my procedure but Nicole, the OR nurse calmed me down and even held my hand. I never felt like I was going through the procedure alone...they cared from the start and even now when I pop into the office. If you are looking for a great surgeon and a collaborative team, this is the ONLY place to go. Look no further.

Dr Schnarrs and his staff are simply amazing. They take time to actually speak to and help you through the process both medically and emotionally (which really isn't their job). My surgeries to reconstruct my breasts were fully explained and when I burst into tears at one point, Dr Schnarrs and his nurse weren't frustrated with me but instead showed true compassion. Dr Schnarrs has the bedside manner of a nun. I probably would have been frustrated with me-because let's be honest, who was I to complain when my outcome-no matter what it was-was going to end with me being alive, others were not so lucky. I would recommend Dr Schnarrs to everyone who will need breast reconstruction. He is literally amazing. Upbeat and compassionate. Young at heart. Fun. I have seen him so many times as he has had to fix my original surgeons work, and if he has a bad day, I've never seen it.

Dr. Schnarrs was great, however the entire rest of the staff was a total pain to work with. EXTREMELY unprofessional. When I asked for documentation that I was there for work and for my insurance, they looked at me like I was crazy and told me that they do not have anything they could give me. What kind of office cannot provide documentation that a patient was there?! It has now been a month since my SECOND appointment that I have been calling and even went in there and still cannot get a simple documentation of my visit. Literally just something with my name, their name and the dates. I have left multiple messages for his nurse multiple times, talked to the front desk many times, as well as left two messages for the woman in charge of medical records AND the office manager. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have cancelled all of my future appointments and will be going somewhere else as this place is the biggest joke. But oh let me tell you that every time I call or go in, the staff is just standing around laughing and talking, yet no one can return any of the dozen messages I've left them.
