I am delighted with my experience with Dr. Palmer. He is professional, friendly and very much the perfectionist. I look like a totally different person. I am totally amazed that Dr. Palmer was able to make the changes he made with one surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer!!! He also does state of the art laser surgeries. His office is lovely and his staff delightful. If you are unhappy with your aging face or body shape, let him recreate a new you!

I absolutely love Dr. Palmer! I have had a few procedures done by him and couldn't be happier. I will definitely return for more in the future.

I had vein surgery 3 yrs ago. I only had spider veins. No improvement after 3 treatments I ended up with large swelling knots behind my knees. He seemed very rushed doing the procedure as thou I was bothering him. I paid for 3 visits in advance. He has terrible bed side manner. He was also nasty to his nurses. He needs to be nicer to his patients without them he wouldn't be in business. I Do not recommend using him.

Outstanding and the best surgeon in Fredericksburg! I highly recommend Dr. Palmer for your surgeon. He performed my surgery at Stafford hospital and it doesn't look like I had anything done. His bedside manner are the best and his staff is delightful too. He's the best in town. No pain, easy healing, and the best care. You Rock Dr Palmer!
