Amazing staff and the only place that has EXCLEENT work at a price people can afford.

It has now been 3 months since Dr. Palmer performed the SweatLipo procedure for me, and my sweating has dramatically decreased. I can now wear whatever I want without a jacket and without staining my clothes. When I went in for my appointment, the staff were very kind and listened to everything I had to say. After we finished the iodine test, he gave me a local anesthesia in both underarms, and proceeded with the liposuction. Throughout, everyone seemed very relaxed, which in turn made me feel comfortable and confident in Dr. Palmer's abilities. When I went home, I didn't sweat at all at first, but now I do a bit, only on hot days or in particularly stressful situations. This is perfectly normal and comparatively insignificant. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone suffering from hyperhidrosis. Thank you!

Look no further for your skin care needs! There is no other laser center quite like Fredericksburg Vein and Laser of Virginia. I have Kelly Null to thank for turning back the hands of time and solving all my difficult skin care problems. With her extensive knowledge and expert use of her laser tools, Kelly customized my skin care system in a way that makes her totally unique. I came to Kelly with a number of challenging skin problems including chronic rosacia, unsightly bumps, and deep facial lines – problems that dermatologists and other laser centers could not fix. But Kelly eliminated all of them with her vast knowledge, individualized approach, and expert use of her tools. I now get compliments all the time about the way my skin glows. It’s a privilege to recommend Kelly because of the wonderful care she’s given me. And I’m grateful to the entire Fredericksburg Vein and Laser staff for their excellent service and for maintaining the highest professional standards of laser skin care.
