Not only did I have a bad experience here so did a friend. Everything is peachy until the money is spent and then the staff acts dumb when you call something into question. Dr Marosan can be very unprofessional once the check is cashed and he mocks other health care providers. He ignored my health concerns and said ER doctors didn’t know what they were talking about after I had a complication and ended up having to go to a Speciality Breast Center to have my health dealt with. Like someone else said here if you consult with any other PS he won’t see you again. It’s sign with him or forget it. He doesn’t want to be compared to any other doctor or prices. Insecure and very rude when he is called out on his actions. Avoid this sugar coated office. The videos of his operating room he is dancing in it with his liposuction wand and one of his assistants was touching things next to a patients head bare handed!!! This place should be investigated if they let them in(the investigation people that is) their door can’t be opened unless a staff member lets you in. I regret going here!

Did a consult with him and chose another doc. I called 2 years later to do a mini tummy tuck to revise my scar and his reception told me "he won't work with you". It sounded personal and as if he wouldn't see me because I chose another doc. I called another year later because I was honestly confused as to why he wouldn't see me and they would not tell me why. They told me to email the patient care coordinator. Seems like a decent doc but needs to get his reception in order.

I have intimate knowledge of the plastic surgery industry and I chose Dr. Marosan as my surgeon for gynecomastia excision and High Def Vaser body sculpting liposuction. In my opinion he is the only true expert in High Def Vaser Body Sculpting Liposuction in the Pacific NorthWest. No one else has the meticulous attention to detail and takes the time to produce the the amazing lasting results. My liposuction entrance holes are completely hidden and unnoticeable. The incisions for gynecomastia excisions are minor. My experience was smooth and caring with beyond excellent results. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The office was clean, professional and efficient. I'm going on seven months and believe it was undoubtedly the best choice I ever made, with results I can see will last for a long time to come. It has propelled me into a healthier way of eating and exercising.

Two and a half years have passed. I was supposed to be having an augmentation revision. I was under twilight sedation and was left on the table for extended periods of time more than once. My 3 hour surgery took over 5 hours. I could FEEL him pulling and cutting on the tissue in my left breast. I still have nightmares. One of my nipples is scarred and only a 1/3 of it left. I've had other surgeries where the incisions faded over time, not his, they're still visible and not even. I had to go through hyperbaric therapy to try and save my nipple which didn't work. He kept saying how great things looked post surgery. I hated going in there to see him while he acted like everything was fine. I was told by another surgeon I consulted with when trying to make my decision that I should not have a lift done at the same time I was having the revision done because there was a high risk of necrosis. Dr. Marosan assured me he was doing a Lollipop procedure and that I had NOTHING to worry about. He lied. He performed liposuction on my upper sides while I was asking him to stop. I felt EVERY DIG. When he finally did stop his comment was "well that's not working". Instead of giving me a local and finishing it he just didn't do it but charged me. All I wanted was for him to stand by his word, refund my money so I could have a GOOD surgeon correct what he ruined. Don't have any surgery done here. You're taking a big risk

Dr. Marosan performed 2 surgeries on me. My original breast augmentation and my revision. My right breast pocket had stretched due to the weight of the implants and would fall into my armpits when laying down. My left was not as bad. I was told that the revision would fix this problem. A few weeks after my revision I noticed that my right breast was flat again when laying down. I went back to his office and he basically said that I would have to have another surgery to the tune of $8,000 to fix what should have been fixed the first time. Also my nipples were not centered anymore due to him pulling the skin outwards towards my ribs! I was never told my nipples would not be centered! He told me he had sutured the sides of my breast pockets to my ribs? Ever since then I have had pain on the sides of my breast where my ribcage is. I emailed his office stating that I was upset and in pain and that I shouldn't have to pay again for them to make it right. His office coordinator Lauri emailed back with a nasty letter blaming me saying I should have paid more to get a lift and that none of this was their fault. I feel ripped off, not valued and will NEVER go to Dr. Marosan again. I will tell others my story as well...
