Don't waste your time or your money. I got a breast lift and I regret going here. The staff was great, nice and comforting. But the surgery itself was not worth $5200.00. My original price was $4800.00. After the surgery my card was charged more than I expected, only to find out they took a break while I was on anesthesia (which you're charged $5 per minute). Not fair that they took a break on my dime for only an hour and a half surgery. Now for the surgery my breasts may be slightly lifted, but im not happy with the results of my areolas. So in the fine print it states that you if you want a corrective surgery because you don't like the results, you have to pay more. Seriously?! I didn't get what I paid for the first time, so why should I have to go through the surgery, recover twice and pay even more $$$$??? Dr. Remington's own words "you get what you pay for". So on that note, spend the extra money and go to someone who will do it right the first time.

I've been going to Dr. Remington for almost 7 years now, and I have never been disappointed with my results. He's a perfectionist, and does amazing work on my face. The staff is also extremely warm, and kind. I would 100% recommend this office to friends and family.

I went to Dr Remington for a breast reduction and I had such an excellent experience. I went in and wanted to go down to a B size. When I got out of surgery he told me that once he saw me on the table with my hip size- he thought a size C would be more balanced with my hips. He was sooo right! I am so glad he made that call. I would have been unhappy with a B. He did a beautiful job! I was showing everyone my breasts for the first year lol!

i had a consultation here in june for laser hair removal with a technician by the name of Sarah. she was super informative, kind, and upfront about what i need to do, how long the process would take, and what i can expect to see. she's been in the business for 15+ years and told me she's used numerous machines and knows what will work best on me. i bough a package deal for a Brazilian for $956. that's 6 treatments each one spanning about 9 weeks. very affordable.i opened a care credit (no interest for a year) to charge the amount and was on my way. i had my first session in august. it was painful beyond but it worked. she was gentle, accommodating, and patient. the hair began shedding and took about 4-5 weeks to fully grow back. i was super excited. my next appt was set up for october 17 (today actually). i didn't get a reminder call, but i didn't think anything of it. traveled all the way from seattle's central district to kirkland by bus only to be told by the front desk woman that Sarah is not in the office and that their machine has been broken. apparently, Sarah forgot to give me a call and inform me on what is going on. the woman at the front desk told me it's going to take a while for them to purchase another machine as it costs thousands of dollars and since Sarah has been cutting back on her working hours and doesn't seem as interested in her job - this laser hair service would have to be put on hold. now, the front desk woman (i did not get her name) was apologetic, sincere, and helpful, but i left the office feeling so frustrated. i now have to start all over at another clinic. OR wait for them to hire another technician, which i don't know how long it will take. NOT TO MENTION they have to resolve this with my care credit card and make sure i get my refund for the payments i have already made. i probably wouldn't be as frustrated as i am had someone informed me of this problem from the get go rather than finding out about it on a whim. very irresponsible on Sarah's part. especially when you consider how far in advance she books her appointments and how few clients she takes in due to cutting back her hours at the office. i'm also disappointed because we established a good rapport and her techniques on the first session were great. she went over several areas and made sure to not miss a spot. at the moment, i don't know if i recommend this place. i understand mistakes happen, but i'm sour. hopefully they find another technician who is dedicated and wants to give her hours to something shes' really into and takes the patients time into consideration. i haven't tried any of their other services but i know they offer plenty, and the service from everyone else is great so..... maybe see for yourself.
