I could not be happier with my results from my surgery performed by Dr. Olivia. Before my surgery he took plenty of time to explain the procedure and what my options were. He was also very careful to let me know what kind of result I could expect. As a middle- aged grandma I was not expecting such an aesthetically pleasing result, merely wanting to look and feel better in my clothes. I am beyond pleased and heartily recommend him!

Dr Oliva conducted a remove and replace operation for my initial breast augmentation that took place 19 years ago. The previous implants had issues, as one would expect for a procedure that took place nearly two decades prior. As a Spokane area health care employee myself, I was well aware of Dr Oliva's stellar reputation among health care professionals in the local area. The initial consult was excellent. He patiently explained the current status of my augmentation with both a female nurse and my husband present. His nurse gave us a detailed discussion on what to expect, and she was clearly very experienced and professional. He reviewed what the pending procedure would look like in terms of process, and what the difficulties would be during the operation itself. The operation went as planned, lasting nearly 4 hours. I was home that night. The after care procedures were thoroughly covered by Amy. She was outstanding! She put me at ease, and was very knowledgeable and positive. Dr Oliva was immediately available when my husband called him after hours with process questions about the recovery phase. The results are incredible, I couldn't be more pleased. This guy is an artiste! Dr Oliva and his staff get my highest endorsement!

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Oliva and staff were supportive, easily accessible and so caring. They went to great lengths to make sure that I was informed about options and happy with results. Their amazing work made me look (and feel) "whole" again after Breast Cancer. So thankful for these wonderful people!
