I have been a patient of Dr. Sowder’s for about one year. She is top notch. Extremely thorough. She is at the top of her game! If you are looking for excellent quality, you should choose Dr. Sowder.

I had seen many doctors before I met Lisa, some told me they could do my entire timmy tuck with the new Avalon way, where you don't NEED drains and the people in their portfolios looked awful, poor ladies. Anyways, I almost went with them, but an so glad I kept searching and found Dr. Sowder. She actually responded back to my email and was very personable and friendly to talk with. In felt comfortable before I even got there. I figured she would be worth the $100 deposit because I was confident that THIS doctor could fix me if she made all those other women look fantastic like she did. Anyways, about the surgery, I could not believe how flat she got my stomach. There were some set backs and things, so like she promised on her website, she is a reasonable woman, and if there is something that didn't turn out the way she or I agreed on it being, she will fix it. I did have to pay for anesthesia cost again and use if facility, but she wanted the surgeons fee. But that's not what makes her so incredible, she does artwork on your body. She preplans and gives you the best possible contour possible. And if it needs some more shaping, she sticks true to her policy and is more than accommodating. Also wanted to say, the facility is professional and clean, the greeters are always so kind, even remember me. Lisa is an awesome lady, shes caring, and she really does want to give you the best body shape possible. My surgery was a complicated one, but nonetheless, every time someone tells me I have amazing, flat looking stomach, I'm so glad I went to her! And it was done so well the scars aren't even noticeable! Which is awesome because I asked for a Fleur de lis, which leaves a vertical scar also, but was the best option for me to remove vertical and horizontal skin weighing 10 lbs. I plan to come back to get my arms done and possibly a breast life if the price is right soon😉😊 Go see her for any of your needs!

Opinionated, arrogant. Does not consider what the patient knows to be truth, and has to ignore the needs of the patient, and criticize an ocean of women as to proper removal of not only toxic breast implants, but has stated removing them properly via En Bloc is not necessary, as SHE has never experienced mold from saline implants. Perhaps she lives in a bubble but the fact is there is ALOT of women's lives being destroyed by both saline and silicone implants (saline implants have silicone shell....so one and the same). I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone, as she is disrespectful, calling us a "BII Crowd" like we have no intellect, and her knowledge is superior. Pfft. Breast Implant Illiness is real!

My experience with Dr. Sowder and her staff was absolutely wonderful. From first inquiry to follow ups I have received only top notch treatment. I really appreciate her forthrightness, which is backed up by decades of experience and education. I inquired about a second time breast reduction; she personally responded to my very first email inquiry, explaining the difficulty and possibilities. Evidently it's a very tricky procedure. When we spoke over the phone I knew she was the one. I could not be happier with the results. Have a look at her website and blog and I'm certain you will be assured she is not only a masterful surgeon but also has excellent judgement and taste when it comes to the overall aesthetics of the outcome. Thank you Dr. Sowder, so very, very much!

Dr. Sowder is amazing! I went to her with a spitting stitch problem from a breast lift/augmentation that I had done 5 years earlier with another doctor. She was the second surgeon I visited and made me feel very comfortable. Her price was very reasonable, the clinic/crew is great, surgery went very well and not only did she remove my non dissolvable stitches, but also made my breast look much better then before. She is a very caring doctor and checked up on me the day after surgery. I am very happy with the entire process, including the results and would highly recommend Dr. Sowder.
