Awful doctor. Has no idea what he is talking about, rude, and ill-mannered. I went into for a consultation and he did not even bother to ask me why I was there, walked in without saying a single word to me and started touching my face and said, "you need x, y, and z" done. They do not have the proper laser equipment either such as, fractional which limits and proposes a bias of the treatments they offer to patients. Also there are only 5 reviews on this place, and most do not seem real either also this doctor's office is not booked out either. A good plastic surgeon, is booked out a couple months ahead of time which should be a clear warning as to not go here either. Office rooms are old and outdated probably leading to unsanitary equipment. There are much much better doctors, be careful and stay away from this place. You need to find a doctor that addresses your concerns in a professional manner and takes the time to listen to you so you can achieve the results you want.

I see both Dr Hammacher and Melissa Oelke for my beauty needs. I am more than pleased with my Botox injections now. I recently had made the switch from my previous doctor because of unsatisfactory results. Now it's smoother than ever without any 'bunching'. Melissa has been working with me and educating me on how to treat my Melasma. With the proper take home care and office visits my skin is looking better and feels more youthful! I always get compliments on how good my skin looks... And I tell them exactly where to go. I don't mind sharing my secret 😊

Great reputable company. Excellent service from staff & physicians.

My experience has been very good with Dr. Bersten. I have seen him twice for Juvederm treatments. The first application went flawless and lasted much longer than previous applications with another provider. The second treatment needed to be adjusted, but the experience I had in the process was very professional and honest. Every cosmetic procedure, from a haircut to major plastic surgery, presents risks of not going well. The most important thing is to be cognizant of the risks and be sure you have a good rapport with your doctor so that both of you can reach a mutual favorable solution if something doesn't go as planned.

I regret ever having the plastic surgery. I look worse then I did before. I had my nose done, and was left with a bump on my nose, asymmetry, and nothing like the shape I was looking for. I had a breast reduction, and now have horrible scaring that goes past my breasts and comes out to an unnatural point that sticks out at the end. I was also left with huge gaping holes under my breasts after the surgery that took months to heal. I had liposuction on my neck, stomach, and upper thighs. The doctor went to close to the skin, and I have noticeable lines of fat missing on my neck, a big gauge out of my thigh, and a weird shaped belly. I spent thousands of dollars to look good and feel better about myself. Now I don’t even want to look in the mirror or take off my cloths. Thanks Doctor Bernsten.
