I had revision rhinoplasty done by Dr. Armenta In 2011. I absolutely love the results! He was able to fix my nose from a surgery I had done by a different surgeon years prior. I had open rhinoplasty done under twilight anesthesia with Dr. Armenta. I had closed rhinoplasty done under general anesthesia with my first rhinoplasty done by a surgeon in Washington D.C. I highly recommend open rhinoplasty and twilight anesthesia if that is an option. I had closed rhinoplasty the first time because I was worried about having a columellar scar. That was a mistake. I feel like you will get better results with open rhinoplasty when your surgeon can see your nasal structures. With my open rhinoplasty done by Dr. Armenta, my columellar scar was a little red after the stitches came out (nothing make up could not conceal) and after a few months, completely invisible. That is a sign of a great surgeon with excellent attention to detail! Twilight anesthesia was very easy to come out of, versus general anesthesia where you kind of feel like you took 3 ambien with a pint of beer. No big deal, you just feel groggy versus like you could walk home after coming out of twilight anesthesia. And with both you are asleep, so there’s no memory or pain, just one is easier to wake up from. Another thing people have to be aware of is- your nose is going to be extremely swollen after rhinoplasty! Mine took almost a year and a half for all of the swelling to go down to see the final result. I’ve had a lot of girlfriends who have had their nose done, and the average time for all of the swelling to go down is about a year. The nose you see when the cast comes off is not the nose you will see a year from that. So when I saw a good nose after my cast came off with my first nose job, I ended up with a bumpy crooked nose. After my surgery with Dr. Armenta my nose was very swollen and I looked like I had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson. This is all completely normal. I had no pain at all, just some heaviness feeling under my eyes where I was bruised. I’ve had nasal infections that were more uncomfortable. I needed none of the pain medication I was sent home with. And after a year a lovely refined nose had come through. He completely straightened it, lifted it slightly, and narrowed the tip. It looks like the nose I had always wish I was born with (but you can never choose which parent’s nose you will inherit) My nose does not look “done” and fits my face wonderfully and really does balance out my features. I’m sorry this review is so long. But it’s your nose. It is right in the middle of your face. If you are not happy with it, your choice of surgeon should not be done at random. My nose completely shattered my confidence until 2011. Now I don’t even think about it anymore until I see an old picture of myself. Then I thank my lucky stars that I chose Dr. Armenta. To sum up this whole thing, he is wonderful, my surgery was easy, and I love my results. Thank you Dr. Armenta! I now see my face when I look in the mirror..and not my nose:^)

I have been seeing this Artist, and Medical expert surgeon for 13 years. He is amazing at what he does. Very into his craft. What impressed me most is he has an eye for beauty!!! he has an eye for symmetry and balance of the human face and body and he strives for perfection. His skill as a medical professional is a 10 and he is caring, a wonderul warm human being. I have traveled from a 2 hour distance to see him and will continue to do so. I dont know what Im going to do when the day comes if he retires.

Went in for a breast reduction consult. The office staff and the doctor are all very nice. I think the doctors tape measure is a little wacky, as he measured me about 3 cup sizes smaller than I actually am, but he was very nice.

Truly did amazing work. I had 5 cysts removed from my scalp, two of which were in office and 3 in a more surgical out patient facility. I really enjoyed working with him.
