I just had my breast lift and augmentation 4 weeks ago and I love the result. They are exactly what I wanted. There was minimal down time and the scars are barely visible. His staff was amazing too. I highly recommend using Dr. Farella as he was patient and gave me the attention I needed while making my decision to have the surgery or not.

Growing up, I was super insecure about my breasts. I could only wear certain clothes, & bra shopping was the WORST. I would dread having to wear a bathing suit or having to change in front of anyone. I would cry all the time about my insecurities, & every time I went to the doctor I was told I would just have to "wait & see, because there's nothing you can do about it." For 18 years of my life I was insecure about my breasts. I felt like a freak... all I wanted was to be normal. Dr.Farella changed all that for me. He did such an amazing job with my surgery, he allowed me to finally feel "normal" and confident. Dr. Farella's office was clean, organized, friendly & professional. Everyone in the office truly cares about helping you & giving you the best service possible. They are all great at their jobs & make you feel very comfortable. If anyone is looking to have any type of work done, I can say 100% that Dr. Farella is the man that you want to see. If there's anyone you should put your trust & faith in, it's him. I can honestly say he changed my life & I will be forever thankful to him. He's the best!

I wanted breast augmentation, and with my friend’s suggestion, I consulted Dr John F. Farella. He was very nice, calming and responsive. Throughout the process I was kept well informed about my options, and what would happen during and after surgery. He did a fantastic job with minimal scarring.

Dr. Farella is simply amazing. I visited him for my breast augmentation that I had been thinking for quite some time. He cleared all my doubts about the surgery and finally I decided to go for the surgery. I asked for natural looking breast that would not be too big and looked fit and I got exactly that. Now my breast has got great size and shape, the placement is perfect and they look very natural to me. Thank you so much Dr. Farella.
