Normally I don’t write a review about visiting a Dr.s office but every now and then when you have expieienced a very pleasant visit, others today should be aware if it. The staff is very warm and friendly they try to make you comfortable as soon as you walk in and make every attempt to keep on schedule. The facilists in staff are outstanding. Dr. Schwarcz is as knowledgeable and thorough as doctors can be. His follow up is inbecable. I’m lucky to have found such a great practice

I cannot day enough good things about Dr Schwarcz. Whether you have need medical or cosmetic treatment he is meticulous, caring, accessible, and responsive. He answered all of my questions, took calls on the weekend, and was always available. Most important: he is highly principled: he will not try to to sell you something that you don’t need. When I was betting doctors to correct a deviated septum so many of them tried to sell me other procedures. Dr Schwarcz was the reverse. I have no idea how anyone could give him a bad review.

A big thank you Dr. Schwarcz and his outstanding staff. Words can't express the gratitude I am feeling as I can finally look in the mirror with confidence. After three failed ptosis revisions from multiple doctors, I thankfully found Dr. Schwarcz and scheduled a consult. From the beginning the process was easy, and figured it wouldn't hurt to hear other options to correct an eyelid that had vexed me for such a long time. Turns out, I made the right decision! From the pristine condition of the office, the welcoming staff greeting you at the front desk and of course, Dr. Schwarcz, who not only was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also empathetic to my individual situation. Dr. Schwarcz explained in full the approach he would take and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I left the consult certain his way would finally work, and it has - My eye looks amazing! He's truly an exceptional surgeon and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a similiar situation. JK

I cannot say enough about Dr. Robert Schwarcz! I had a very complicated eye situation, which I wanted to fix, in addition to a lower face and neck lift. I met with several top Docs in NYC. This was not my first cosmetic procedure and I wanted to make sure I found the right doctor . This led me to Dr. Schwarcz. He is an occuloplastic surgeon which means that he has additional certification specializing in eyes, in addition to be a board certified cosmetic surgeon. I did not want a general plastic surgeon; I wanted a specialiast in both eyes and face. From the first 5 minutes with him, I knew he was the right choice for me. He shared with me several different options and ideas about how to go about my surgery. Most importantly, he listened to what I wanted to achieve. He wanted me to be happy with the results. His bedside manner is warm, attentive, and comforting. He took all the time I needed discussing and figuring out my operative plan. He also called me back immediately in the weeks prior the surgery when I had questions . Many doctors can be very cold and rushed to say the least. You can feel like you are on a conveyer belt of patients. Dr. Schwarcz is the exact opposite. He truly cares about his patients. He has his own surgical suite at his office and his nurse and Anesthesiologist were both equally kind and caring. Anything I was nervous about ,they talked me through. Dr, Schwarcz gives you the option of twilight or general anesthesia. I woke up easily, without nausea ,took the ride home with no pain and was able to sleep that night. It could not have gone better or easier!. I have never ever had a surgery go this painless and this hassle free. I was expecting and was prepared to wake in pain, and suffer at least for the first few days.. but there was no suffering! My bruising was very minimal, even though I had a lot of work done.Today is two weeks , and I already am looking great. I asked Dr. Schwarcz why I have never had this easy of a recovery from past surgeries; and he explained his technique of being very gentle with the tissue while operating. His technique is easier on the patient, lowers the pain, and speeds the recovery. It certainly did In my case. I was expecting to be a mess for over a month! I had a post op today, and we decided I needed a slight adjustment to one of my lids in a few months when the work on my eyes settles in. This was to be expected because of the complicated nature of the surgery on my eyes. He did not for one second let me worry or stress out about the adjustment. He said “We’ll just adjust that in a few months” no problem. He wants his patients to leave his office with their best results possible. I cannot say enough about Dr. Schwarcz ,but if you are reading this, you have come to the right place! Please feel free to ask him to talk to me in person if you have any questions! Since I interviewed multiple plastic and occular surgeons maybe I can save you the trouble. You will be in great ,skilled hands with Dr. Schwarcz! I will post an update soon

I have been seeing Dr. Schwarcz for over 5 years and have nothing but praise for the doctor himself and his wonderful staff! They go above and beyond what other doctor do; I have had surgery by the doctor and I go every few months for "tune ups". Dr. Schwarcz is honest, sincere and friendly and I actually enjoy my visits and always look my best when I leave the office. Robin, the office manager is like a friend and she is quite knowledgable about the services provided. Dr. Schwarcz is an expert in his field, and I would highly recommend him, and in fact, have already done so with fantastic results!
