I am beyond happy to look ten ( fifteen?) years younger after my appointment with Dr. Pontius. I had gone way too long between appointments and my husband noticed a subtle but significant change and commented that same night. He said, "I don't know what they did but you should keep doing it😊..." if I look this great after filler I can't wait to see the difference when the BOTOX kicks in! Exciting! (Full disclosure: I am a business consultant - and patient- and this practice is my client- and aesthetic provider.) As a patient who has had treatments other places I can say The Williams Center and Rejuva Center are 5-star excellent! I drive over 4 hours for their aesthetic expertise and highly recommend.

I originally was referred to Dr Williams for a deviated septum that was to be covered by insurance since it affected my breathing. I woke up from surgery to discover that Dr Williams took upon himself to perform more than was discussed in my pre-op consultation. He acted very arrogant when explaining his "extras" he performed was to improve my profile. At home a few days in, I experienced sutures coming apart and falling out of the right nostril. I called, was told to wait till the 7 day cast removal. That the sutures were "dissolvable." Except the weren't dissolving but untying and falling out of my nose. At 7 day cast removal, I was HORRIFIED to see my nose leaning entirely on the left side of my face and S-shaped. When I pointed out in horror what he had done to me. He hands me a hand held mirror and told me to point out what I thought was a problem?! Obviously he could see there was a huge disfigurement to my face. Even my husband stepped in, called his office and explained the catastrophe that Dr Williams created. Now that my insurance was charged and he was paid, he no longer cared. I never returned to his office after that. I cannot breathe out of one side of my nose, have had repeated infections, was better before I went to his office. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY!!!

I was scheduled for MOH's surgery to remove basal cell cancer from the side of my nose. Given the location, and the size of the wound that can be created by this type of surgery, I had concerns about the ultimate aesthetics that would result from the procedure. Fortunately, the MOH's specialist referred me to the Williams Center and Dr. Keimun Slaughter, to close the opening created by the surgery. There are several great things to say about Dr. Slaughter. He took time in advance of my procedure to discuss options and the range of things that might happen. His candor and compassionate manner immediately put me at ease. His upbeat and cordial demeanor carried through to the day of the surgery. I had a significant defect in a sensitive spot, and he deftly managed to repair the spot in a way that maintains the way my nose looked prior to surgery. As I write this a bit beyond two weeks post surgery, my nose continues to heal well and I am very grateful to be under the care of Dr. Slaughter. He is excellent at his craft. All the he staff of professionals at Williams I have encountered are kind and considerate and superb at what they do.

Dr. Williams performed my extended weekend facelift on July 19th. Originally, I was looking for nonsurgical help with my acne scars, but then my dermatologist recommended Dr. Williams. He impressed me with his honesty about my potential results. His bedside manner was also wonderful. My whole experience was much better than I thought it would be. Dr. Williams was able to calm my nerves and answer my questions. You could tell that he knew about his field. The fullness in my face is great and my results bring me back to a younger time. I’m very happy and will recommend that if anyone is looking for a facial procedure, and can get to New York, Dr. Williams is the doctor to see.

I recently had a abdominoplasty, liposuction and a breast lift at the Williams Center. Everything from consultation to post-op checkups were top notch. The staff from Dr. Polynice to the receptionist were kind and helpful. My results were AMAZING!!! My pain and discomfort was minimal as was my recovery time. I would recommend the Williams Center again and again. I cannot say enough about the staff and the facility. My experience was phenomenal!!
