Recently i had surgery in january which i had complications . I had an open wound that would not heal. After 4 months of dealing with this wound. My surgeon who did the primary surgery referred me to dr schultz. He took me to surgery to excise the area around the wound and create a new scar and close the wound. Aftet 5 weeks the incision, began to open and it was decided to use a-cell (pigs bladder) to initiate healing. But a week after the procedure it didnt take and my abdomen was excoriated from the pigs bladder. The.final procedure was to be a skin graft which i had to be hospitalized for 5 days after the surgery. During these months, he was determined to heal my wound. The skin graft finally took And i can say after 7 snd 1/2 months i am healed. He apologized that the scar was not the best looking. But i didn't care, because 1st it was healed and 2nd i have other incisions from past surgeries that were worse. I was discharged from his care and hope that i will not need his services for a long while. I would go back to have any surgery again and recommend his services Most highly, also his office staff is wonderful with appointments and call backs for the procedures and surgeries. I am very thankful to them and this long road it took. Thank you again i truly appreciate the care.
