The staff is the most genuinely friendly and professional ever. When Kelly greets you it's like a beam of sunshine and Grace was happy to help with cosmetic choices. Michelle is so knowledgeable and kind and really wants you to be happy with your service. I wasn't sure what to expect and at first was unsure. BUT I am very, very pleased with her impeccable service and recommendation. I will totally return. Thank you, Michelle!

I have had 3 reconstructions by this surgeon (my mistake) and I was happy after the 3rd I believe. I wrote a glowing review and now I would like to take that back. After the swelling went down from my 3rd breast "reconstruction" surgery everything fell and moved and drooped like after the first. I had a double mastectomy in November 2015 and my tissue expander was leaking as I had mentioned before in a softer, nicer way. I told this Dr. for the last 5 or 6 weeks that it was leaking and why was it so high and to the left, his nurse who isn't there anymore (?) told me the placement of expander from the mastectomy did not matter as long as I was stretching and I quote her "well, they can only take so many pokes and it's quite common" I call BS. I have quite a few friends who have gone through this horrible ordeal and none of them used this Dr., not a one leaked they are all aligned and their boob is not under their armpit like mine is AGAIN AFTER 3 RECONSTRUCTION TRIES from this Dr. So my search for someone who can help me continues at my expense of course. I do personally adore Steph and the "old crew" who seem to be thinning out (?) in the office but he is not paying my bills or we do not hang out socially so, I decided to post this as I am going off other's reviews as I search and meet other surgeons (again $50 a pop) so I type this not to be mean spirited, I do it for those who follow me in their researching and maybe I can help someone. If I saw this review, I probably would not have gone here in the first place.

The doctor revised a botched surgery I had a several years ago and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Dr. Evangelisti to anyone that need reconstruction or any procedure you like! My surgery changed my life... I have nothing but praise for him!!!

When I approached my primary care physician about breast reduction surgery she replied with "There is only one person in Rochester I want you to see." I couldn't be happier with Dr. Evangelisti and the supportive and kind office staff. This was an entirely positive experience and I am amazed at the outcome of his work.
