Friendly staff, office is clean and bright. The doctor calmed all my nerves with his knowledge of fillers and which one would be right for me to achieve what I was looking for. My lips look natural, yet theyâ€™re fuller and it was virtually painless. I am so happy! Thank you!!!

They are the WORST doctors office when it comes to any assistance! Workers comp case and they demanded payment from us! HELLOOOOOOO its a WORKERS COMP CASE!!!! Then because of that, they delayed seeing us during our SCHEDULED visit!!! They are ALLLLL rude! Scheduling, nurses, billing...ALL RUDE! They lie and say, that their last appointments are at 1pm since they know it is an inconvenience to us! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go to Stony Brook Plastic Surgery right down the street!! They are the best!

I had the worst pain of my life from a concussion that left me with TMJ on one side of my jaw. After trying all the remedies I can find on the internet and reading multiple reviews that botox can help instantly relief the pain I started calling places near me that offer botox. I tried calling two other places one located in Center Moriches and another in Port Jefferson. Both those places were unable to fit me in until the following week because the doctors were away and with the pain only getting worse I became very frustrated. As soon as I called this office the receptionist was beyond helpful, very knowledgeable and really willing to help me. She even let me know that they had just had a meeting in which they had a promotion running that day. I went to the office a couple hours later and again the receptionist was very lovely and attentive. I saw Cristina Dracea, M.D. for the actual procedure. She was very gentile and understanding. She explained to me that this is a normal procedure for TMJ and went over all the prices and what I would need to be done. I had instant relief and was able to get back to my normal life again. I will absolutely go back to this Suffolk Plastic Surgeons and Cristina Dracea, M.D. If I ever need any other procedures in the future. They really made me feel so comfortable and most importantly pain free.

Horrible experience!!!! Dr.alder came in my room at st.charles hospital.to take care of a bed sore that I developed while I was there.he told me that he was out of my network with my blue shield ins.company.and all I have to do is to appeal the ins.company and he will get his money.and don't worry I won't hold you responsible. After 3 appeals the ins.comp.said that's all they will pay.$8000.00 then the office threaten me saying she is going to bill me for another $7700.00 and if I don't pay it she will bill me for $92,000.witch she sent me to collection. Office very rude!!!. Watch out for these people.
