Dr. Otterburn is without a doubt the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met. I will be forever grateful that I was referred to him. I had a bi-lateral mastectomy. He performed the reconstruction which was a diep flap, meaning he literally rebuilt my breasts without the ease of an implant. He literally took tissue from another part of my body and built my breasts. If someone didn't know any better, they would think my breasts were the ones I was born with. In fact, every doctor I have seen since cannot believe I am a "reconstruction". My own oncologist was shocked. She said in her over 30 years of practice, she has never seen such a job. In addition to his brilliance as a surgeon, he is a true doctor down to his very soul. His compassion and humanity are incomparable. So all I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. You are a true miracle worker. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Otterburn performed reconstruction on my breasts after a bilateral masectomy. I had implants inserted which were acceptable. However, the nipple symmetry was so awful I couldn't look in the mirror. He is very lax about returning phone calls even though I only called him with important concerns. He really didn't have an answer to correct the symmetry. Fortunately, I found a great surgeon in NJ where I reside. He said he would correct the assymetry in two stages. After the first surgery I am 80% satisfied and if there weren't any further surgeries I would be happy. I was so disappointed in Dr. Otterburn that he wasn't able to do what my new doctor did.
