I went to Dr. Marcus for a secondary rhinoplasty. My first surgery had been performed by another doctor 20 years prior and I was unhappy with my results. I had consultations with several doctors but had not found one I was confident in until Dr. Marcus. His attention to detail and the time he took to explain his surgical plan put me at ease. My new nose is better than I ever could have imagined! He addressed my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations!

We LOVE Dr. Marcus and his team. Susan is a fantastic miracle worker with the calendar. Dr. Marcus is a world-renowned magician of a surgeon. But, what really sets him apart is his kindness with his patients and their families. His bedside manner is warm and caring and he never made me feel uncomfortable asking my 1000 mama-bear questions. He operated on my baby girl twice before her second birthday and we have one last surgery this spring. He prepared me for what to expect and was with us every step of the way. You can’t go wrong with this doc-he is fantastic.

Dr. Marcus and the team at Duke are the best in the world in my opinion. My child had surgery at six months of age to treat craniosynostosis. The surgery was successful and the results six years later still amaze me. The pace is brisk at Duke but never rushed, Dr. Marcus always had time to answer our questions and has excellent beside manner. The support we received was excellent, they had been there and done it many times. If I could leave a six star review I would.

Our son had to have CVR surgery at 6 months of age. My wife and I felt as if our sweet son's life was in danger. We were nervous, emotional, scared and sad. Immediately before sedation, Dr. Marcus met with us. His calmness, kindness, professionalism and confidence was so reassuring to us as he was about to have our little boy's fragile life literally in his hands. Several excruciating hours later, Dr. Marcus informed us that the surgery went exactly as planned, and recovery went exactly as planned also. Thank you Dr. Marcus for fixing our sweet Elijah! Our experience with you is the highlight and benchmark of all of my interactions with medical personnel thus far in my 36 years on this earth. May God continue to bless you sir.

Dr Marcus is a hero to our family! He performed surgery on our son when he was a about three months old. He Is an outstanding surgeon technically, as my son's result was wonderful. Beyond that, he has a rare level of compassion and understanding for kids and families that are faced with the stress of a difficult surgery. In addition, his staff is warm and friendly and really see the human side of patients. I highly recommend Dr Marcus to any families faced with a plastic surgery procedure.
