Dr. Coley, Chelsea, Melanie, and Julie were attentive and genuinely interested in my breast augmentation questions and concerns. Dr. Coley was patient with all of the dialogue - which I'm sure he has encountered thousands of times. My husband and I were very impressed with his confident attitude and patient-centered approach towards my goals. He was precise in his responses and explanations, which I greatly appreciated as a detail-oriented individual. Accuracy, consistency and caring customer service is what I experienced from the first point of contact via the phone, during the consult, and with the follow-up telephone call after the consult appointment to ensure all of my questions were answered. They have far exceeded my expectations and while I had other consults scheduled - I don't believe I need to look any further to find my PS. Dr. Coley and his staff have set a very high customer service experience that other health care establishments should follow

Dr. Coley and his staff are the best. Dr. Coley is a man with personal integrity, tactfulness, caring, patience, and bed side manners. You have a 1 in a 1,000,000 chance of meeting a doctor with these characteristics. He didn't let it show that I pushed his buttons not once. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Eventhough I didn't have enough fat to get the results I wanted to achieve, Im still happy I chose him for my surgery. He should be an part instructor on teaching other doctors on how to behave. Carrie and Heather was also terrific.
