Let me just say, that the customer service at this office is simply phenomenal. I am a student, so I could only get my surgery close to the holiday break so I could have enough off-time to heal. The office staff was very kind and patient with me to work around my busy schedule to get everything booked. Both Dr. Kalus and Dr. Rowin reached out to me to answer every question and worry that I had following surgery, even though the office was closed for the holidays. They really care about their patients and take great care of you. I would trust any of my family in their hands. Great work, very very professional office. So happy I chose this office for my surgery.

Dr. Kalus and his entire staff are simply the BEST! I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends needing reconstruction surgery. He was so attentive, answered my zillion questions & definitely met and exceeded my expectations.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Kalus and all his staff. They are one of the most professional, inviting, and caring practices I have ever encountered. They have all taken great time and care to make sure all my needs were met and continue to do so. I was definitely expecting great results, but the precision and care is a gift! I can't say enough. Thank you!

After many years of debate, I finally convinced myself to schedule an elective surgery. My initial consultation with Dr. Kalus left me with no more doubts. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did. Dr. Kalus and his incredible staff are perhaps the most professional medical group I have encountered. More importantly, though, they are the most personable and kind group, as well. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions in terms I could understand, and made me feel like I was their only patient. With the surgery, Dr. Kalus gave me back my confidence and a comfort that I thought had been lost forever- along with new and beautiful physical changes that still make me pinch myself each time I look in the mirror. I am forever grateful!
