Dr. Pratt really did any amazing job. I had a implant exchange with a lift. The results are outstanding I am very happy. I was nervous about the results with this being my 3rd surgery (2 previous surgeries not by Dr. Pratt). But he more then delivered and exceeded my expectations. He definitely knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him for your surgery.

Scheduled a first time consultation. I was asked to fill out a registration online. I called the day before for assistance after having issues with the patient portal. They system kept kicking me out. I finally gave up! I called in the early am to notify the office staff and they said it was fine. After driving over 30 min for my appointment I was told that I had to reschedule due to the information not being filled out. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me I should have come in 20 min early. This was not discussed over the phone as my appointment was set for 3:00. I wasted time and I will not ever schedule another appointment. I’ve heard wonderful things about the physician, however the staff is rude and lacks professionalism. I highly recommend calling another group in the local area!

From the first phone call to each time I enter the office, exceptionally friendly, compassionate, and professional staff!! Dr.Pratt is so personable and is a perfectionist!! He is always very comforting and reassuring ! Erin is a phenomenal family oriented surgery scheduler!! She always knows the answers to my questions or obtained the answers for me in a VERY efficient time period! Laura Lee,RN and Maggie, RN are the most educational, sweet and easy going nurses. They took EXCELLENT care of me !! The team as a whole are absolutely the best plastic surgery team around !! After many consultations,questions, decisions and discussions, Dr.Pratt and the team at The Refine Institute in Ballantyne eased my mind and answered all my questions 100%!!! I visited this office for a consultation about a week ago. I had tried another practice previously which left me feeling a little uncomfortable with proceeding. Dr. Pratt and his staff were kind, very friendly, easy to talk to and quite informational. It was definitely a completely different experience and more personal which I greatly appreciated. 5 stars for hospitality and professionalism. I will definitely be leaving another review once I've had my procedure as well as time to heal. Looking forward to good results!

Make sure you read everything before signing. Dr. Pratt will tell you what you want hear. He tells you he can do everything and they will look beautiful. I had childhood scares that were presented at consult and was told they wouldn’t be a problem and they would not hinder the outcome. (46 year old scares) They took the payment of $8000 to set appt and not till after the augmentation surgery did I here that my scares were a problem. I have not been happy with outcome at all. I was told they would make sure I’m happy and they haven’t even tried!! He also has my left nipple pointing up and my right one pointing down. Weird thing is co-workers outcome is the same. Dr. Pratt told her that’s the way she healed. WOW!! It’s wierd I healed the same exact way. WATCH OUT he does not care what he has done and always blames it on the healing process. Getting another consult, i was told that Dr. Pratt screwed up in surgery and this is not the way augmentation should look!! Even with 46 yr old scares. Dr. Pratt has covered up his screw ups with blaming everything on healing process and does not care if your not happy. He just walks out of room and does not deal with it. Please get everything in writing!! He doesn’t back up his work at all!! Will never recommend him to anyone and will also spread the word of his horrible attitude when you question faults of procedure.
