Dr. Freeman is by far the best around. I have had a couple of procedures done and I look and feel better than I ever have. He is very helpful and knowledgeable in what direction you should go to achieve the look you are wanting. The staff is very friendly as well, you feel right at home! I am already planning what I want to do next. I would recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone.

It's been a some months since my visit, but I felt the need to leave a review, hopefully they company will reach out in some way. Here goes, as a trans female (and I'm sure not the first at the office) I was treated in a way that made me feel hurt, upset, and less. The very first question related to how long I had been on hormones. This is not my first surgical procedure so I'm used to that question. But the length of time on hormones has little if any relevance to the treatment I was inquiring about. Next I was asked why I had not chosen to change my name? I had in fact legally changed my name, but to one that might be considered gender neutral. The third question asked by the doctor was what my original name was, or dead name in the LGBT community. One might be able to argue as to question one, but the two remaining questions (and these were asked at the beginning of the consultation) had absolutely no bearing on any part of the consult. I can't imagine these are standard questions to cis-gender patients. The doctor obviously realized his overstep and mentioned he had no idea why he had asked the question (no apology). Dead naming, and being called out by anyone in a power position can cause severe anxiety and stress. I encounter discriminatory behaviour on a weekly basis, but this line of questioning took me by complete surprise. Again, these questions have NO bearing in any way, and only serve to cause discomfort and pain. The consult ended quickly, it was obvious both of us were feeling uncomfortable and I proceeded to the out-take person. It was at this point I shared my encounter with the staff member. I was visibly shaken, upset, and distraught by the visit, a feeling I shared. The out-take coordinator asked if I wanted to speak with the doctor, I certainly did not. I had been made to feel "less than" and didn't want any further encounters with this doctor, I had been subjected to enough. I immediately left the office, I didn't want to spend another minute in that environment. I called my partner on the way home, and spent most of the conversation in tears. I understand not everyone understands the needs etc., of transgender patients, but we do expect the same treatment as everyone else, and that's something I didn't get. The office did call the next day, but at that point I was still too distraught to engage in any conversation. I look forward to a future conversation with this company and hopefully some dialog that will prevent another trans person, or anyone for that matter from having to be made to feel this way. I should point out this is NOT a fake review, but one that did take a huge emotional toll on me, and one experience that will remain with me for a long time.

Dr. Freeman has performed his signature lift on me. I was not only delighted with the results but also comfortable with his entire office of professionals. He was extremely informative about what he planned to do and also very gentle in proceeding with the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon who is meticulous in his surgical techniques and knowledgeable of proven and new techniques. Susan A.

I Highly recommend Dr.Freeman Dr.Freeman and his staff made my experience wonderful. I was filled with trepidation before my consult and after speaking with Dr.Freeman all my anxieties about having revision rhinoplasty were alleviated. His knowledge and experience are apparent. His work speaks for itself. All the patient photos are a clear example of his talent. I had my ethnic revision rhinoplasty 7 weeks ago and I am extremely pleased with the results. My face looks completely natural but much nicer, I had broken my nose twice as a child and as a result it was very crooked. I have a straight and more proportionate nose now. The new nose enhanced my features and overall my face looks better. I am so happy to have found such a talented and wonderful surgeon. I cannot say enough good things about his staff. They are incredible!!! Thank you Doctor Freeman

I am a 50 year old woman who avoided mirrors at all cost. I loved the winter months because it allowed me the opportunity to wear turtle necks to cover my horrible neck. After finally making the decision to have a neck lift I can honestly say that I look amazing and the results look so natural. I am so very happy that I had the opportunity to have found such a magnificent group of professionals. Dr. Freeman’s skills and abilities are amazing. He will look at you and know at first glance exactly what to do to make you look fabulous! Such a wonderful caring staff calmed my worries and anxieties at all times. You really felt that you were their number 1 priority at all times. I am so very pleased with the results and so very grateful for your kindness. I would recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone!!!
