I have never written a review but I felt compelled to do so in hopes that my experience with Dr. Frankel at Ponsky & Frankel Facial Plastic Surgery would provide some support or help to anyone like me who was thinking about cosmetic surgery. I was a 60 year old woman with relatively good skin texture, but day after day I found it more difficult to look in the mirror and see sagging jowl lines, deep nasal folds and a profile without definition due to a chin that now stretched and sagged from what seemed like my mouth past my throat. As someone who had never even had fillers or even a facial, I was hesitant, but finally called to schedule a consult. The staff at Dr. Frankelâ€™s office was not only welcoming, but took my call seriously and spent time answering even the simplest of questions, explaining options, procedures, finances, etc. I followed up with Dr. Frankel whose expertise, professionalism and patient-client connection convinced me without a doubt to follow through with a partial face lift, liposuction of the chin and a lip filler. While it was almost a month before my surgery, I often called the office, whether it was to ask questions or just for reassurance. Shelley and Jamie were incredible. I never felt silly, or like I was a â€œbotherâ€ and most of all I felt comfortable. I had the confidence of knowing that I was under the care of a team of professionals led by a board certified plastic surgeon who specialized in the exact type of procedure I was looking for. Two months post surgery, I am thrilled with my appearance. My face looks fresh, like me, but not in anyway like I had anything done. I continue to have follow ups with Dr. Frankel and his team and yes, I continue to call. Like always, I am greeted with professionalism and respect. If you are in any way considering what cosmetic surgery might have to offer, I strongly suggest reaching out to Ponsky & Frankel.

Dr. Ponsky is the doctor who makes you feel so comfortable, all while injecting you to feel better once you leave the office! Taking years off your face is one of those happy pick-me-ups that everybody can benefit from having performed. She is gentle and thoughtful in her work, and has a light touch that achieves a look that is never over-done, screamingly obvious, or frozen. From the minute you walk in the doors, every single person you are in contact with, is friendly and kind. They all work together to make it a very perfect experience, in every way.

Absolutely awesome... canâ€™t say enough about how thrilled I am. Could of gone to anyone, anywhere and chose Dr. Ponsky. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I searched high and low found Dr. Ponsky. She did AMAZING intricate work on my sonâ€™s nose. Only wanted the best and she is THE BEST. So Pleased. Thank you so muchâ¤ï¸

I am currently recovering from a rhinoplasty done by dr. Ponsky. So far my experience has been amazing. Dr. Ponsky and her staff are all super friendly and they take their time to consult with you and make sure your comfortable before anything. Now that I have had my surgery they have called to check up on me to see how I am doing. Iâ€™ve never had a surgery before but Dr Ponsky and her staff made this process possible with little anxiety!

I went to Dr. Ponsky for a deviated septum, chronic sinus issues, and rhinoplasty. As someone with underlying health issues, it was very reassuring that she was equally knowledgeable and concerned about how the surgery would impact my health and breathing, as she was about aesthetics. I was nervous to get plastic surgery but am very happy with the results. Dr. Ponsky is skilled. She doesnâ€™t do a one size fits all nose. She made my nose look natural but more refined and most importantly I still look like me. I am able to breathe out of both nostrils now which is huge for my health. She is the best there is for a rhinoplasty, I wouldnâ€™t trust anyone else in Cleveland.
