I really like this location! I have been to other companies and haven’t had great experiences but I haven’t been disappointed yet by them here. I see Erin for my treatments and the time flies while there or she makes it easy to adjust appointments to better fit my needs. If I need any other laser hair removal - Erin is my go to person. I will recommend her to my family and friends that are looking as their prices are also reasonable. I am glad I made the decision to try them & was lucky to have Erin as my employee!!

I was referred to Grandview Aesthetic to look into their 'pellet treatments' that I ended up not getting. Step one was to get blood work drawn which I agreed to and paid $150.00 for. The results came in and Dr. Nanda recommended his 'pellet treatments' due to having "low levels of testosterone". I strongly considered the treatments but ultimately, decided to get a second opinion to see if my levels were as low as Dr. Nanda reported before spending $1,000 every 3-4 months. I proceeded to have my blood work done again, this time through my family physician who I've invested time and rapport with and trusted would have my best interest in mind. Upon reviewing lab results, he explained that my testosterone levels weren't low at all. No big deal, I'm out $150 bucks and a little time but I valued having a second opinion and that there would have been no ulterior motive to tell me otherwise. Grandview Aesthetic did not fully disclose there would be additional fees associated as a result of having my blood work drawn. Instead, I was forced to learn the hard way by wasting valuable time over the phone and email battling a case that I did not owe anything else - My insurance was charged $2999.39 of which they paid most of and I was billed for the difference. Nine months later, after receiving several bills from the lab, Vibrant America, where my blood work was sent, I was finally able to get them waived. The end.

The staff are caring and fantastic. Down to earth easy to discuss procedures. Not stuffy or uptight. I highly recommend them.

I visited Grandview Aesthetic for laser hair removal and had 8 treatments on my bikini and underarms along with 4 on my lower legs. Overall, the people there were polite and persuasive, but not all especially knowledgeable. Most of them are salespeople more than technicians or nurses. For the underarms and bikini, some hair fell out right after the treatments, but it all grew back. It’s been a year since I finished and it’s all right back where it started. (Though the technicians always remarked on how well was working.) Laser hair removal for me might as well have been super expensive waxing. The experiences weren’t very painful, generally, except for my legs. I had been told before going to Grandview aesthetic that my leg hair was too light for LHR. I had commented on that during one of the treatments and the technician/nurse said she was sure it would work and encouraged me to try it. She said she needed to have it approved by Dr. Nanda, but he was busy and just gave verbal approval without looking at my legs. They did one treatment on my legs in summer when my freckles were a bit darker (I had not been in the sun within their allotted time) and the treatment burnt my freckles so badly they BLISTERED and peeled. I called to see if I should come in to be checked out or cancel additional sessions and they said it was not unusual and I should just wait until fall for my next treatment. Even after I waited for my freckles to fade It didn’t work AT ALL on my legs. Not even any hairs falling out along the way. But no refunds, so I had to finish the 4 treatments I bought. I’ve spoken with another LHR clinic and they were shocked to hear I was ever offered service from any clinic on my legs. The said my follicles were deep, hair light, and skin relatively dark, and because of that I was very unlikely to see long term results. I guess I should have saved the money, pain, and skin damage and give there initially. Overall, a friendly experience, and MAY work well for you, but its a gamble (as always with LHR). They’re not able to tell you if it will or won’t and seem mostly concerned with getting you to pay for more services- more so than other clinics who seemed to me to be more honest about the likelihood of success. My biggest concern was how it all went on my legs. I don’t know the rules about physician approval, but I think they bend them. Getting a treatment that damaged my legs so badly without ever seeing or talking to the doctor about it doesn’t sit right with me.
