This outfit has the audacity to charge 30 dollars for rescheduling. Working patients schedules change all the time. Instead of accommodating working patients busy schedules, this outfit penalizes their patients by charging a FEE FOR NO SERVICE. I have NEVER had any physician charge me for rescheduling. Simply put, this is PURE GREED and this place should go out of business. There are plenty of other cosmetic services in Dublin that have better policies. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere and let this place go under.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Very poor time management, not very friendly staff, waited an hour to get called back and an additional 30 mins in a paper cover-up to be seen. I personally do not advise “new” patients to bring their business here.

I have gone to Dr Luca several years and have NEVER had an 'on time' appointment. I have waited anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. The last time it was an hour in a paper cover up! No more! My time is valuable too...and no apology...defensive attitude for asking 'why' the wait. They can and should do better.
