I have FOUR different doctors there, and I love every one of them. I'm grateful for the wonderful treatment from everyone there.

Do not take your services to this facility especially for dr. Laskovski. He left a needle in a patient and is so out of shape that he has no clue what he is doing. None of his coworkers like him because of of how inexperienced he is. He needs to be fired.

I went to the Crystal Clinic walk in clinic/ER with elbow pain. I have lung cancer, so the fear of bone cancer is always there. Arriving, there seemed to be no signs inside the building even explaining where the ER was! Luckily, a very kind security guard at the door directed me down a couple hallways to where I needed to be. Th receptionists were rude, and there was only one person there other than myself. And I mean rude!!! I have double insurance and had a folder containing all my scans and MRIs, but was treated like someone with no means of payment.; hands down, the worse employees at a desk to greet people that I've ever encountered. By the time I was taken to a treatment room, I was furious! I was taken up an elevator and down a hallway for an X-ray; that tech was very sweet and efficient. The doctor that came in was very kind, explained that it was only tennis elbow, and left the room. In comes Miss Wicked Desk Person to put some kind of small gadget around my arm, was not sure where to put it, and just handed it to me. She told me that most people feel immediate relief with it, so I should just work with the placement of it when I get home. What the heck??!?! I felt like I was being blamed for her not knowing how to position it! Although I live in the area and take a shortcut past Crystal Clinic at least twice a week, you could it PAY ME to ever go in there again! By the way... the gadget I was handed is $8 in Amazon.... I was charged over $200.

I personally will not return to this facility unless I need hip surgery again. I have experiences with four docs here and here is the quick summary: Their medical record situation – very poor. They do not use mychart like summa and Cleveland clinic so if you go to other doctor outside of their clinic they cannot see your records. Crystal Clinic makes you fill out papers and wait days to get your films/records etc and CHARGES you for them if you go to another doctor. Billing – horrible. They billed me the same $70 charge for months. I repeatedly called and was told that my payment had been applied to the wrong account and they would fix it. After months of calling the $70 charge was sent to a bill collector! You feel like cattle if you go to their Montrose facility. You actually get a pager and wait through this long process to even be checked in. The Doctors: Dr. Laskovski – Brilliant – best hip surgeon in the area if you need arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Brower – seriously needs to lose his license. No bedside manner and blew off a potential paralyzing condition. Dr. Bennett – arrogant! Diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis when I had a bone fracture. Go to Jeff Junko at Summa if you need a foot/ankle surgeon. Dr. Kay – again too arrogant to properly diagnose you. Their physical therapy in Green is exceptional!

I have had bad experiences in the past with going under and some bad experiences before with getting blood drawn, etc. (which I'm extremely terrified of). I was AMAZED at how comfortable they made me and how nice they made my experience. My nurse (Dwayne) did a fantastic job at placing my catheter and made sure I was comfortable throughout it all. My anesthesiologist did a fantastic job at explaining things to me and making me comfortable with going under. All of the nurses took great care of me as well. Dr. Pennington got me in under VERY short notice and did a fantastic job. Thank you for making me feel better for future surgical procedures I may need.
