Dr. Ponsky and her wonderful staff is, by far, my favorite plastic surgery center I have ever experienced. Coming to her office, I was already excited for this experience due to the wonderful reviews I have been told first handedly about her artistic work. But, never did I think any doctors office could be so genuinely caring and go above and beyond to make every each individual client feel so special. I came to Dr. Ponsky with worries about my nose having somewhat of a marble and widened. She gave me the most honest and fair price of ALL the top facial surgeons in all of Northeast Ohio. Her work speaks for itself. Although, I am still healing, there is so much improvement and my smile just gets bigger and bigger each day. I love to wear my hair back, off my face now. My nose looks amazing! Dr. Ponsky does not just tell you what you want to hear for a quick buck neither. There has been other curiosities for surgeries I have suggested where she told me I was too young and plain out silly to want. Every plastic surgeon I have ever gone to has tried to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. But, never once her. She has literally turned my money down (not to mention done extra work for the buck). Not only has Dr. Ponsky done Rhinoplasty on me, but I also receive other cosmetic facial procedures. Her beautiful assistant, Merideth, is very efficient with making sure all my information is up to date. Merideth does magnificent facial peels and scrubs, as well. Between Dr. Ponsky's tiny fingers and Merideth's soft touch...you can't go wrong. You will never get a more warm hearted set of women who genuinely care about your happiness, as well as, being light on the pocket book and make you look light on the eyes. :) I have caught myself calling just for a friendly chat with their spunky and amazing secretary, Shelly, who is always very informative and honest. I never ever leave their office without a small laugh out of Shelly leaving me looking forward to my next visit. A few days after my surgery there were a dozen flowers at my door. It read "Ponsky & Frankel Facial Plastic Surgery." I have had many surgeons- none of which that took the time and effort into anything such as sweet as that! There is nobody that I will ever trust to touch my face again...but them!
