Dr. Nuveen offered me free consultation, i went to his clinic what a surprise ! Very clean, nice friendly nurses(staffs) cozy offices. I will definitely come back for any future needs. I am very pleased with this visit You will too

Dr. Jensen has been a blessing to me. He has done a wonderful job on all that he has done with/for me. He has transformed my body in remarkable ways. He has a wonderful bedside manner and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Even when issues arise no matter how big or small they might be, he takes the time to explain everything that is going on in a way that you can truly understand. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking Cosmetic Surgery. I would also like to thank Jessica for the cosmetic injections that you have done. Thank you everyone!

I absolutely loved Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates! There staff is so very helpful and professional. They all make you feel extremely comfortable and answer any questions you have about anything. I was very pleased with my surgery and how everything turned out. Dr. Jensen is an amazing doctor. He made me feel extremely comfortable in any situation. He has checked on me a lot through out my recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting any kind of plastic surgery.

***This has been the best experience ever, it was much better than I had ever expected.. I was able to do my consult online and schedule the appointment for a time that was best for me.. The staff is best by far, everyone there makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. Dr. Jensen had to have done some of his best work ever on me because I look and feel great since having my procedure done.. Tiffany my follow up nurse is also the best in the field, I email her with any questions and she is quick to call me and discuss any concerns I may have. I live 5 hours away and she makes sure that when we visit for check ups that Dr. Jensen is in office and she always greets me with a smile and hug.. She calls to check on me if I haven't touched base with her in about a week to make sure everything is still going great.. I couldn't have picked a better place to have my procedure and I am thankful to have such a caring staff that puts there patients first, it was def worth the drive and time to visit Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates.. Dr Jensen and his staff are a 10 in my book!!!! Thanks Dr. Jensen, Tiffany & Staff you ROCK****

I got my lips done by Jessica last week and I am so so happy with the result! She spent a lot of time with me so we could work together to make sure they still had a nice and natural look. I really appreciate how slow she went and kept a mirror in front of me the whole time so I could see how they were turning out as I was getting them done. Love her!! My lips swelled up so much that following night and next day and I got kind of freaked out, but rest assured they are now back to how they were after I left her office! She is really down to earth and shows she cares about you which I really appreciated. If you are thinking about it I recommend going in for a consultation and seeing if you want to move forward with it:)
