I am very impressed with the level of customer service from this facility, and the awesome results of my neck/chin Lipolift. Dr. Darm called me personally once I scheduled my appointment, and again the night before left me a reminder message. My consult appointment was met with helpful and friendly staff, as well as informative from Dr. Darm. Scheduled my procedure for the following week. Heather and Nicole were awesome with me, very gentle and kind but still extremely efficient. I felt well taken care of during my procedure. Had my follow up appointment with Dr. Darm who was attentive and answered my questions. I highly recommend anyone to this clinic for personable and professional care. I love my results!

Dr. Darm first treated me for weight loss over 10 years ago, and I won't go anywhere else! I looked great at my wedding, and later on I lost all my baby weight after my daughter was born. He and his staff are competent, caring, and easy to work with. My first choice for any cosmetic procedure. Keep up the good work!

Had a very positive experience with Dr Darm, Dr. "Z" and the entire staff at Aesthetic Medicine. They were all friendly, professional and supportive. Plus they made my gut and love handles disappear. What a deal. ..

I've gotten Dysport there twice now and had 2 totally different experiences. The first appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Chabondi (hope I didn't botch his name) but he was out sick and they set me up with Dr. Darm withOUT calling to ask. I was surprised to be greeted by Dr. Darm when I arrived so I asked him where Dr. Chabondi was and he got extremely defensive and told me that he has years of experience with injections and it's his practice, he even said, "my name is on the door"! I was thinking WOW, what a jerk! I wanted to leave right then but I was referred to Chabondi by a friend and had taken my lunch break, driven 30 minutes, etc etc so I said okay, fine. The nurse had to tell Dr. Darm that he was going to inject too much Dysport and that I didn't need THAT much. I was charged $130 and had headaches for a week after starting immediately. My left brow was way higher than my right. It was bad. I wouldn't have went back but I wanted to see Chabondi so I made another appointment only 4 months later. I rescheduled with Dr. Chabondi (I made a point to say multiple times CHABONDI ONLY) and had a completely different experience. He is friendly, quick and NO headaches. They also charged me $99 for the same exact amount of Dysport. If you're going to go there for injections, see Dr. Chabondi. He's awesome just like my friend said!

There is a reason he has to advertise so much. He skimps on Botox and dysport so you will not achieve the desired results. If you go back due to poor results (within a short time) he will charge more. Avoid these people!
