Don't waste your time! I arrived for the appointment my PCP made for me today and the woman at the window proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have a referral for me so I need to call my doctor's office and get one because they won't see me without one. I explained that my doctor's office scheduled the appointment for me and asked why that wasn't obtained at the time the appointment was made if one was needed. She told me she would look again while I called my doctor's office. I got my doctor's office on the phone and was told I didn't need a referral with my insurance and she asked to speak to the woman at the window. I take her my phone and explain that they would like to talk to her because I don't need a referral. She refuses to talk to them and tells me to have them call their billing office in Seneca. Really?! First, if a referral was needed they should have said something before I arrived for my appointment or they should have called my doctor's office themselves! I took time off of work, paid for parking and never even got seen! I ended up just leaving because I realized the woman was not going to listen and/or call my insurance company and verify that a referral was NOT needed like a good doctor's office is supposed to do! Maybe they should try hiring someone with the proper training and then they would know that this is not how good customer service works in a medical office!

I visited Dr Femovich's Seneca office. I went in to have some small moles removed and I was left with huge scars. I look like Frankenstein. I made an appt to see if the doctor would try and fix or lessen the severity of the scar and he refused to help me. I called back at a later time and asked the receptionist for help/advise and she became rude and treated me like garbage. They never even tried to help me. Just treated me like trash and now I have to live with these scars for the rest of my life. BEWARE!!!
