The staff does an excellent job from the second you walk in the door. They are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. When it's time for your procedure, the quality is always A+ and I speak from experience having more than 6 treatments over the last 2 years. Consistency is their thing. I'm beyond happy with the results. I'd recommend Dr. O'Neill and his team to anyone!

Today I have decided to revise my review after over 3 years. I walked into this office on cloud 9 thinking O'Neill Plastic Surgery could make me feel better about myself after 33 treatments from cancer and the end of a over 30 year marriage. It was so nice to see the sweet faces of the young ladies in front that greet you with all smiles and hope. I was hoping for a little pick me up since I was single once again after so many years of marriage and beating the breast cancer. I chose the treatment Pico Sure. I went to each treatment with absolutely no change in my skin. I was then advised fillers would be my next option. Easy going as I am I agreed. I tried one vial as each was priced over $500.00 and the appraisal for my treatment was over 4 thousand dollars after I just paid over $1200.00. Nothing but bruising on the face. No notice that any wrinkles had disappeared. My next option was to make an appointment with the doctor and make a plan to correct what was bothering me and fix it. I asked for under eye surgery due to dark circles and bags. I was advised that upper surgery was needed which I declined because I DID NOT SEE THE NEED. I asked what laser would help diminish some of the wrinkles on my face due to smoking and the sun and my age of almost a senior at the time . CO2 laser was mentioned. I also wanted implants since I was already there why not? I was advised I would need a lift if I decided on the implants. I trusted this person as I read on the internet he was voted Surgeon of the year 3 or 4 years in a roll. I should have continued in my research rather then trusting the opinion of a newspaper.. I underwent surgery Dec 27 th 2016. It took 2 full weeks to be able to understand where I was fully. The pain from 4 different procedures was close to unbearable. Once healed I noticed my left eye was drooping and my eye was drying out, I mentioned it at my check ups only to be ignored until I insisted he fix it. He did only with a few shots near my eye in his operating room . I then proceeded to tell him my right areola was sitting on top of the breast not in the front. After 1 year and 1 day I finally got the chance to get the breast fixed. I had to pay for the anesthesia which I find wrong since it was not I who made the mistake in the first place. That morning something was off and I should have let me feelings carry me out but my pride got in the way. The doctor had to be reminded as to what he was going to do. When I woke fully at home and took the bra off I was in total disbelief. He had cut the left breast half off and did some type of cutting on the right breast making it worse. For a year and a half I was so angry I wanted to get him back in the worse way. He deformed me as a woman. I was not going to go back but I needed to why on earth he would just cut half of my breast off. He covered his face and said I made a miscalculation with my sister and granddaughter in the room as I cried. If you go here I am sorry for your outcome I really am. I have spoken with a few of his past patients and they are far worse then what he did to me. His paperwork you have to sign is in tact. You will have nothing to fight him about when something goes wrong. I will say he offered to fix the second surgery for free. I would not take even a road kill to this place. I can not say for sure why he has any good reviews because I am not sure they are his patients or his staff. I was a patient once so this is my opinion and experience. I went to Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery near my home to get one more surgery to at least be able to look at myself in the mirror. I am blessed to say I look better then I did. They helped me deal with the experience I had at ONeill's. I have a botched plastic surgery support group if you are one like myself. We do have the power to stop this from happening. Dr. Oneill and his staff are the best!!!!. I went to Dr. Oneill do fix a my eyelids after another Doctor failed and make them look worst. Dr. Oneill seen me, answer all the questions with some much knowledge it impress me. Surgery was a success my eyes are looking so good, the scar are almost invisible. Love his work.

Dr. O'Neill is an OUTSTANDING surgeon, has a wonderful bedside manner and did an amazing job performing my bilateral reconstructive breast surgeries. He came highly recommended to me by another plastic surgeon in Myrtle Beach who identified him as his #1 choice if his wife or daughters ever needed the procedures I required. I am extremely pleased with all of my experiences with his office, staff and in particular, him, Dr. O'Neill. I have an adult daughter who would not hesitate to have Dr. O'Neill perform her surgeries should she be in a similar situation requiring reconstructive surgery.
