I had never had any kind of surgery (except a C-section over 30 years ago), and had never been "put to sleep". I went to my dermatologist expecting to get a wart removed from my eyelid, and found out it was a basal cell carcinoma! It was going to require Moh's surgery and plastic surgery (Dr. Chi). To say I was nervous and scared puts it mildly! From the initial consultation with Dr. Chi to my "graduation at the top of my class"(per Dr. Chi), I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! She and her assistants were so kind and understanding -- very professional, put me completely at ease. Everyone there made me feel like they'd known me forever! She did an amazing job -- it's only been 3 months since the surgery, and if you didn't know it had been done, you wouldn't even notice anything there!! She did a great job of preparing me beforehand about all I would experience, and made the whole thing very smooth! If I ever have to have anything like this done again (hopefully NOT), I know I'd want Dr. Chi to do it! And, if I know of anyone having it done, I will definitely send them to her!!! Thank you so much, Dr. Chi, Rose and Becky!!!! I so appreciate you all!!

The receptionists and the nurse were very nice and helpful. Dr Chi seemed to be bothered that I was there because I wasn't a surgery candidate. I had been referred from other offices to her for my condition and that's why I was there; not meaning to "waste her time".

Dr. Chi exemplifies the best one can expect from a physician. She is not only great at what she does but also great at making you feel comfortable and confident that she has your best interest at heart, because she really does. Not many doctors can boast both qualities. She also has wonderful nurses such as Becky who make you feel right at home and not afraid to raise any concerns or ask questions. I am very satisfied with the results from my procedure, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top class physician and person.

Jean: Dr. Chi's professional and compassionate manner put me at ease throughout two surgeries-reconstruction after Mohs surgery on inner eye area and an upper eyelid lift on the other eye. No problems or scarring with either procedure. Her assistant is a pleasure and makes sure all the details are completed.
