What can you say about the best years of your life? I can't wait to visit back again. A Google review just seems silly but this haven needs all the recognition it can receive. Thanks for a great High School experience. It has truly changed my life for the better!

We have been a Walker family for ten years. In partnership with parents, Walker develops knowledgeable, confident, and resourceful students with a strong value system. Faculty and staff value and nurture the individual student. The Walker community is down-to-earth and diverse. This foundation, layered with challenging academics and the ability to explore a multitude of extracurricular interests develops the whole child. We've seen our sons thrive at Walker. With the guidance of Walker's Award-winning College Placement Office, our oldest son has now successfully moved to the next level. When I’m asked, “How did you get your son into Duke?†My answer is simply “We sent him to Walker.â€

My son has attended Walker since Pre-K. To say that we are pleased with the staff and his environment would be an understatement. We love his teachers and how they care about his success. Walker provides a fun learning place that my son has been very happy to go back to year after year. I love knowing the families that my son spends his day with and have found a true family in the staff, parents, and students. I have found that any concerns that I have ever voiced regarding anything have been addressed well and appropriately. I look forward to seeing my son continue to flourish with the Walker family.

We have been at the The Walker School for 7 years and give it our highest recommendation. We currently have 4 children that attend and we have experience in the pre school, lower school, and the middle school. We have the found the academics to be second to none and the sports program is evolving in a nice direction. The school just purchased and additional 17 acres and they are moving forward with some very exciting expansion plans. While it is true we love this school, we also tremendously enjoy the other parents. As this past summer wound down, we found that we were excited for school to start so we could see the other parents again! We feel very confident our money is well spent at walker and all four of our kids are enjoying its wonderful environment.
