So many things could be better at this school. For a small school they have a VERY apparent drug issue. We've gone to upper administration and have brought up this reoccurring issue, but nothing has been done about it. It's horrible trying to get an education when you are getting pulled out of class every other day because the fire alarm goes off. I wish the school has more structure and discipline like a Christian school should be. Athletes get special treatment, lower tuition, no disciplinary action while the rest of us who are there to get an education have to suffer. Teachers here are great, but so many have left due to lack of pay. The finance department at Carnegie oftentimes double charges tuition for the families who pay the standard rates. They should definitely do a background check on the kids they do bring in, to verify their correct age. You can't expect the parents to be in agreement to pay such a high tuition because many of the athletes, U.S as well as International hardly pay anything. It's obvious to see where this would be an issue for the "upper management" if your school is full of athletes rather than scholars, don't judge a book by its cover. This definitely bypasses the definition of student-athlete.

Owner is dishonest, currently staff being paid with checks that bounce and are working with out pay! Yes teachers are amazing and the education is top notch, just upper management is a joke!!! Any interested parent needs to do research on school prior to continuing to enroll a student! Talk to other parents look into the owner online and will see he is terrible and has done this multiple times with other schools!!

Marlisa Yace, read her review below.... She is just lying. She owes the school over $10,000.00 she didn’t pay in 2016 and 2017, but kept her kids in the school. The school needs parents to pay their tuition and fees, in order to pay their bills! Her kid even participated in Cheer, she never paid!! I know my nice was in cheer. Lies lies and more lies. Don’t be fooled by people with no morals. These negative reviews are because “ upper management “ has to meet with these people and beg for them to pay. When they don’t, then “ upper management “ is bad?? No way. Great school trying to offer what others don’t. Great school. Awesome teachers. They care about our kids and the academics is very solid. Arts and athletics are the best in IE. New school is being built and we are excited. Keep it up Wolverines.

This school has fired every qualifed teacher. It aquires 21 year old students from Canada to play sports. Yes, that's correct a 21 year old boy in school with my 14 year old (at the time) daughter. The only good thing be about Carnegie was officer Mason.

Thought this place was off to a good start, but they haven't paid their teachers, so many have left. And the teachers were wonderful but the school has issues. Kids smoking in the bathrooms (fire department showed up so many times this year) and football and basketball players that are well above 18 showing up at the school for their free education. Maybe the athletes should start paying the normal tuition instead of 75.00 and then we can work on a new campus. For a private school you would expect placement exams, tons of homework, and to be with kids that earn the privileges to be there but they allow just about any one into the school. It's unfair to allow athletes in on hardships and scholarships, while others who value education and Christianity need to pay the full amount. Lots of issues, hope it resolves itself.
