Yes, I'm the Director of Admissions. Yes, my own children attended Red Oaks. Yes, I love this school, the students, the faculty, the staff, the parents. And, yes, I love my job! Each day I get to meet new parents searching for the right fit, the right education, and the right learning environment for their child(ren). I could talk about Red Oaks until the cows come home, but to see our classrooms in action on any given day/at any given time speaks volumes about the real learning that takes place. I encourage parents to make an appointment with me to visit Red Oaks. We'll dip into each classroom, we'll chat with teachers and students. You'll ask your burning questions about education, Montessori, International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, parent education, Makerspace, standardized testing, enrichment programs, community involvement, where our graduates go from here... and I'll take the time to answer. It's an important conversation. THAT'S the way you find the right school for you and your child(ren). You know where to find me: 21 Cutler Street ~ or send me an email.

I am an alumni of the Red Oaks School. Currently 14 years old. It is a school that has shaped me for who I am today. All of the teachers are wonderful and will be there for you no matter how old you are and if you have moved on. The school gives children a bright environment and a very interesting learning process that is very hands on and can benefit you in many ways. The art and music programs are fantastic! I have learned so much from this school and have shown me much of what I know. Although from 4th through 6th grade can be hard because they don't teach from regular curriculum of public schools they do teach very advanced classes and help with higher grades. Update: I am 16 and a Junior in High school. Because of these teachers that I worked with and the connection and reliability I had with them I am planning to be a teacher for my future career! (17)I talked about this school on my college essay as well as hoping to interview some that I knew when I was a child and take their advice into college.

I have a 5 year old at the Red Oaks School, and he's been there for the last 2 years. This school is an educational oasis - and in my mind, it's really the ideal setting and environment to foster a child's imagination and love of learning. The after school programs are varied and amazing, the quality of teachers is exceptional, the large grounds and building with plenty of natural light help create a healthy setting for the mind and body. There is also a real sense of community amongst the kids, teachers and parents. Even my son recognizes how fortunate he is to be a student here.

Simply the best school you will find. The students thrive academically and socially. Exceptional educators and a very committed parent body.

I am very happy with the school and recommend it highly.
