The association is represented by a few dominant schools. Some individuals mainly on the executive are miraculously re-elected year after year and look after their own interests. The agenda is often eliminate smaller schools by squealing information to the regulatory body that hates the private sector & obtain personal favours. PCC’s need a more inclusive representation from a honest association that protects all sector schools and lobbies for sector self representation. Presently it a machiavellian organization that needs to stop collaborating with regulatory body that wants to shut it down.
