I absolutely LOVE this location. The teachers are wonderful and very caring towards my kids. We have been at this location for the past 5 years and have never had any issues. They do so many fun activities and do great work with the kids during the day. Diana is one of the best Directors I have ever dealt with. She is respectful and goes above and beyond for us parents. If I call and ever need anything they are always willing to help. We love Phoenix Children's.

My children have attended Phoenix Children's Academy for over five years, most days I have trouble getting them to come home because they love it so much! The staff is wonderful and truly care for each individual child. The director and assistant director help to relieve stress as my husband's schedule changes frequently. There is never any hesitation from the directors to help out the families that attend PCA. We moved three years back and I couldn't imagine taking my children anywhere else even if it means I have to drive farther. If you are looking for a GREAT place for your children to be it would behoove you to check out PCA - Thunderbird!

My daughter has attended PCA for 2 years and I have absolutely loved this Pre-school. The teachers have been kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The director, Diana, has listened to my every academic and parenting concern and helped me to effectively guide and nurture my daughter through 2 essential years of development and growth. As a single mother, I often work long hours, and I feel so much better knowing that at PCA she is loved. This is one fantastic Pre-school!!

It has now been about two weeks since I have enrolled my nephew. First, I’d like to say that he was previously enrolled on KinderCare. Now, my nephew is special needs, has poor balance and can have some behavior issues from time to time. When at KinderCare, he was placed with younger 3 year olds when he is almost 6. He didn’t benefit by learning anything other than playing with toys. He’d come home with bloody/bruised legs/arms/head because no one was helping him walk around or play on the playground. He’d have major blowouts in his pants every day. And he never wanted to go to school. The worst part? When the PreK graduation was happening, he wasn’t invited to attend, even tho he would hang with those kids for half a day and is going to kindergarten. They even went as far as trying to hide it from him so he wouldn’t know about it. :/ I was looking for a new preschool for several reasons, and even stopped to check out Sunrise, which never allowed me to enroll my nephew because of his needs (which are not even extreme). I didn’t even get a courtesy call back. I had then come across PCA by recommendation and heard amazing things. Let me tell you what...this preschool is AMAZING. My nephew is HAPPY. We no longer struggle to get him out the door, and he loves everyone. It’s almost difficult getting him to leave and go home. He hasn’t come home with any bruises, bloody, banged up body parts...he doesn’t have these mysterious out of nowhere blowouts...he learns something every day which can be confirmed because there is an app that the teachers will update with what they are doing that day and pictures and/or videos! It also tracks their meals. They have their own splash pad. An amazing playground that has grass and a soft ground, and covered! The director and assistant director are at the front desk, not locked up in some office. They are wonderful and understanding and truly care. The very best part? They included him in their PreK graduation! It was beautiful! There is so much they provide. I’m so beyond happy with this school and I HIGHLY recommend them. They really made a difference in our lives!

Accounting dept works horrible. It's already 3 months I can't have refund for my credit balance. Every time I call they say they will send a check right away. The school used to be amazing first of all with the perfect communication between school staff and the parents but not any more
