Phoenix Ranch School

My oldest and youngest have attended here since they were both 3. Best decision ever. Great teachers! Great education. They’re learning so much more than I expected!

Don't let the name Ranch fool you like it did me! I skipped by the Phoenix when we first moved to the Los Angeles / Simi Valley area ......... Due to my husbands career we have seen our fair share of private schools across the U.S. I know what reading curriculum's work and what math programs you don't want your child learning but because I was so easily mislead my children had to make it through some pretty horrific things at other local private schools before I truly found what The Phoenix Ranch is all about.   The teachers here are not just focused on getting through day to day. They actually care about my children's education and where we are going to be academically when we graduate and move on to high school. They greet each child with a smile accompanied by a good morning and they keep that positive atmosphere throughout the day. Yard duty's are actually trained camp councilors and as the teachers do they guide the children through the daily issues they encounter, making sure that they learn the right and wrong reactions from situations that arise. That's a nice change from the usual go on and don't do it again expression I've herd so much in the past. Bulling and harassing are not tolerated. They will permanently dismiss a bulling student before allowing them to stay just for the monthly check or sports asset.  The campus is beautiful and uplifting. The environment is clean, happy and caring.  Families here welcome newcomers with open arms. I have spent many hours volunteering at this school. Ive been in volunteer meetings listening to the soft and kind ways of the preschool teachers taking care of children when they didn't know we were listening. =) The incredible office personnel know and care for every family here. Ive seen what goes on behind the scenes and I'm very impressed! The directors have given birth to this school. Its their baby and they care for it as such.  They've carefully molded and shaped it through the years.  They have put their heart and souls into it and it shows.  There is only one campus so my money stays in my school benefiting my child.  I'm paying the same price (if not lower than) other private schools for an amazing experience with an education including Singapore Math and Super Kids along with P.E, art, music, science, and Spanish. I can see a difference in our Children, a daily happiness and glow that every parent dreams of. Thank you Phoenix Ranch!!!
