Very Deceiving school, The director is unprofessional, and the teachers should NOT be in this field. Lack of knowledge, poor communication, and rapport with kids. Don't bring your kids here, they are a Fraud!

This is an affordable alternative to LAUSD. Casa Montessori and Ms. Katie have given my son his spark back. His spark for learning, his spark for exploring. My daughter was successful in traditional classrooms, but it wasn't the right thing for my son. So happy to have found a place that he feels comfortable and confident. He comes home everyday with so many stories about what he did and he shares them with such enthusiasm. Yes the school is small and has room to grow - but from what I can tell - part of that is because they just put all of their energy into instruction and care of their students... and they need to learn how to spread the word. (quite honestly they need someone to help with marketing LOL) Beautiful campus where your child and all their needs will be respected. Truly a secret gem in Northridge!

My Daughter is starting to read at age 3. If you want great academics, in a nurturing stimulating environment, this is the school for you. The teachers are awesome, the campus is beautiful and the Montessori method teaches the whole child which I love. This is the only Montessori that offers and elementary program. Yes the class sizes are small which means my child will get more one on one attention. I don't know any student that wouldn't flourish at this school.

Can't speak for the elementary program... but the primary 3-6 yr, teachers have experienced a recent turnover. The new ones do not appear to be qualified... and school was disingenuous about disclosing teacher montessori qualifications. Communication about discipline or other events was also poor...
