Loved it so fun

Oct 4, 2008
I went to Santa Clara from Kindergarten through eighth grade. I participated in the sports programs and was completely satisfied. Looking back, i really learned a lot, and am so very grateful to have been enrolled in such a private school. When i attened SCES, they only had an advanced english class/reading program, im not sure if they have expanded that recently. However, when I enrolled in high school at a local Public school, I had NO problem keeping up with my fellow classmates and was enrolled in all college prep courses. I believe that the teaching material was similar to the curriculum you would be taught in a public school, however the fact that we were witht the same teacher all day, in the same classroom, made a difference. it made a difference becasue the teacher knew and adjusted to your learning ways, and temperament. They were able to get to know you and your habits and attitudes and adapt to the way the student best learned, rather than only having you for about 40 minutes, and sending you to the next teacher. I loved all my teachers there, and can specifically name each one for every grade, and recall more than a dozen happy and memorable moments in each grade, starting from kindergarten. :) Hope i helped!!!
