Crossroads stays true to their promise of developing students as children of God. Over the past three years, my children have blossomed in their relationship with Christ and to me that is extremely important. They are being challenged academically and I feel confident they are in a safe environment.

I like Crossroads Christian School because of its small class sizes, its academic excellence, and its teaching of the Christian values of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control as seen in Galatians 5:22-23.

Our family has been at Crossroads for 14 years. All of our children have been blessed to attend Crossroads starting their kindergarten year. Our two oldest sons graduated eighth grade and moved on to one of the most prestigious high schools in California, University High School, which sits on the Fresno State Campus. We feel that their success was due to the wonderful teaching staff and curriculum at CCS. Our two youngest children are still at Crossroads and absolutely love it. The tuition is one of the lowest of any private school in the area. Crossroads is a Pre-K thru 8th grade school with small class sizes. It is the closest thing you can get to one on one education. Less students in the classroom means your child doesn’t get lost. Parents are not only welcome to help out in their child’s classroom, but encouraged. The teachers come alongside the parents to truly work together, always keeping parents updated on how their child is doing. Technology is huge at Crossroads, with Promethean boards in every classroom. Their academic preschool program is second to none. If you’re looking for a safe place with a Christ centered education, look no further than Crossroads Christian School in Madera, where God is welcomed at the door.

The school has poor leadership and offers little extracurricular activities. It is certainly not worth the money. One time my 6 year old got sent to the office for crying after his pencil broke. First off, he should be consoled for that, not condemned... he's 6 years old!! After 3 hours of sitting in the office, they suddenly realized the principal wasn't even in that day!! What a joke!!! Another time the principal was yelling at kindergarteners for being "too loud" on the playground. This school doesn't know the first thing about kids! Spare your kid and finances and go somewhere else, PLEASE!
