Both my 3 year old and 6 year old attend Legacy. We love the school a lot. My older daughter went to two other famous preschools before including Mission Bay Montessori. I feel Legacy is the best of all. I am truly impressed by the high quality of the teachers. They are very caring and loving. There are strong bonding between the teacher and the kids. Very strong in acdemia. My 3 year old started to read her first book last week! My older daugter is learning the stuff which is taught to grade 3 or 4 students at public school. The tuiton is very reasonable. Very effecvtive communication between the teachers and the parents. I am really happy for my girls since I know they are in good hands.

I had heard of this school and was excited to come in and see it. Before coming I had been informed that because i was not protestant I would be wasting my time coming in, they would not allow me to work there because I wasnt the right denomination, however I am a devout christian. Katie tseng continued to tell me that it was a christian school and since I am not protestant, that I was not. I reminded her that maria montessori was catholic, however, that didnt matter to her. I was so hurt by this and shocked. I wanted to enroll my son but knowing they would make him feel bad about his beliefs I could never send him. Be aware if youre not protestant they see you as less christian. I am very sad because of how unchristianlike the director was to me.

My 4 year old son has been attending Legacy for a year and half, and we are huge fans of this school. He did previously attend a different preschool for almost a year, and the difference between the two schools is night and day. Some of the many things I love about Legacy: From the administration to the teachers, these people believe in the Montessori way for education, and I love that they don't just teach Bible stories. They are Christians that love Jesus and they are living examples of how to "love like Jesus". The administration and teachers are always available to talk. Everyday I get a rundown of how my son's day was, good or bad so that I can talk with him about his day. When we were having trouble with my son's strong-willed behavior, I asked for a meeting with Miss Katie and his teachers and they met with us so we could outline ways to better help my son at home and in the classroom. They really care about helping my son to learn, but also helping him grow as a person. I also like that they really try to encourage a family atmosphere. We have a few school events throughout the year and I love getting to meet some of the other parents and knowing more of the children that my son talks about each day. All and all, I'm a huge fan of Legacy and am hoping to have my son there through elementary.

I love how intentional the teachers are about learning the specific ways my son grows best and then fostering an environment for him to flourish. My son has never cried once, he even prays for his teachers without prompting and asks to go to school! Amazing!
