Yo i go to this school. It's is SO AWSOME. But don't get hot lunch. Someone named Boaz eat a burger from the school and he did not realize that it was raw. And he threw up. The teachers are good especially Mr Jonathan Gilbert aka Mr G. He tuoght me a lot of important math and made it fun. And he's really funny and caring.

We switched our children from Maimonides to Hillel and have been thrilled with our decision. At Hillel, they are thriving in a warm and loving environment, and educated via the most sophisticated technologies and educational systems available. The Rabbis are exceptional, and Jason Ablin is a superb administrator with a proven track record. Hillel is truly on track to offer the best Jewish, Modern Orthodox day school experience in the Los Angeles area. I am proud to be a Hillel Parent.

Sending our son to Hillel was one of the best choices we made all year. The transition to middle school and to a totally new environment, new kids and teachers has been a challenge. But I can't compliment the teaching and administration staff enough on their dedication to students, educational innovation and optimism.

Hillel is a school which is HUNGRY for money. The administration is VERY RUDE. The school is like a shop. They think that they are selling you a product. They don't care about the children and families. They just want MONEY. The administration as a whole is very rude to parents. They just respect you if you give them MONEY. Whenever a parent calls with a concern, they always say "They are in a meeting" so that they can avoid you altogether. This is a school which doesn't care about Jewish values. The head of school is never available to talk to parents who are concerned about any matter. They say " He is in a meeting." They only want very rich people because they just want MONEY but nobody knows where all that money goes to. My friend warned me about this school. He told me" Hillel is only about money." I should have listened to him, but I will look for an alternative Jewish Orthodox school because I don't want to deal with a rude administration which doesn't respect parents at all, and which only cares about MONEY. If I could, I would give Hillel ZERO stars. Very disappointed. DO NOT GO TO HILLEL.
