I just called to get a little information. The woman who answered sounded nice. I explained my situation, asked if there is any financial aid for single parents. Her tone changed, " THERE IS NO FINANCIAL AID! then said our cost is on our website, take a look at the website, its all there, then call back " I told her I won't bother, if I have a representative on the phone who can give me the info but they would rather hang up and make me search online....I dont want to know how they would handle my child who is asking for help. Seriously disgusted by this interaction

My 4 year old liked going there, mostly because of his friends. We as parents werent very satisfied. There is very little information about what the kids do in class or how they do. In the 7 months our son went there we received one report card (check list) with no useful input on his progress or how he does in class and not a single one on one exchange with the teacher. The teachers do everything to avoid parents so you really don't know how your child is doing or how to help him advance. When our son misbehaved we'd only find out from him directly when he'd tell us he had to go on timeout that day. The hot lunch they provide (extra charge) is really terrible and everything costs extra (we even had to provide soap for the bathrooms!!) Everything is very outdated and nothing is digitalized. Even the monthly newsletter is a print out they put at the entryway.
